I just ordered one of the honey wellness teas and winter tea to kind of get out of the cold and the rain and they are delicious much better than the medicine ball that I usually get from Starbucks these are my favorite new teas for 2026

I absolutely love the Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf in Glendale! It’s such a reliable and convenient spot for me, and I find the atmosphere perfect for either getting some work done or just relaxing. I am definitely a creature of habit when I go: I usually stick to either the rich and decadent Pure Chocolate Ice Blended drink—it’s the perfect, decadent treat—or the creamy, energizing Matcha Green Tea Latte. Both are always prepared perfectly!

Honestly, though, every time I look at the menu board or see what other people are drinking, I see so many delicious seasonal options and specialty teas. They all look so amazing! My goal for my next visit is definitely to branch out and finally try something new, but I know whatever I pick will be fantastic. It's truly a great spot to grab a coffee or tea in the neighborhood.

Absolutely love visiting this place!! Wonderful service and great atmosphere. Abby is so incredibly kind, quick, and attentive. My iced hazelnut latte with almond milk tasted amazing. The service is always m fast and friendly! Definitely one of my favorite locations!

I've advised the team at this location in the morning that there is someone who sleeps on urine and enters the facility and sits down and they do not clean the chairs. I have shown them the picture of the health hazards yet nothing is done. Now I am being falsely accused of leaving residue from smoking. I will take a video camera lie detector test if the manager agrees.

Celena is one of the kindest and most experienced employee that is at this location. She is very sweet and respectful and always has a positive attitude towards all the customers that walk through the doors

We requested the supervisor - Celena, to please remake our coffee because it was excessively sweet. Her response was quite disappointing and she seemed a bit upset and showed passive-aggressive behavior. If they’ve made bad coffee they should apologize and offer to remake politely.

I walked in to the Coffee Bean in Burbank on San Fernando Rd. to meet up with a friend we usually go to this location always happy, great service but today was extra special. The manager Abbey took our order she overheard me talking about my dad's passing a few days ago with my friend and how extremely sad I'm feeling, when my friend went to pay she insisted she was paying for our 2 matchas, and she gave me sweet condolences and words of encouragement, that was so special it was so heartwarming and I so appreciated that!

I love this location, and usually get pretty good service. Today I had the pleasure of working with Gray. What a gem! Gray was hip, kind, fashionable, and very in sync with what I was saying! As well, the coffee drink was delicious!
