Another well-staffed coffee bean location! Fast, attentive, warm and welcoming staff. Clean dining room. Bathroom available. Outdoor seating available. Only complaint is curbside parking is scarce, and the parking structure is not adjacent (but at least it’s free).

Parking: A free spots directly in front, first 90 minutes free. Parking structure is free but a it’s a short walk away.

It used to be that I came here to hang out with friends after the early morning spinning class, and I also came here all on my own to use the Wi-fi since it was so strong. In fact, the Wi-fi was so strong that I used to cross the street to the Burbank Town Center mall, sit in their outdoor seating with my laptop, and access the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf Wi-fi! One time, I upgraded my laptop from Windows 8 to Windows 10 using their Wi-fi. Well, all that was a decade ago, and I am happy to say that I've come back here to do some work while in town on visit, and it's still an awesome place for coffee and pastries and excellent Wi-fi. I'm pleased that I can count on coming back here for all of that, even after all these years.

Okay. Now call me a boomer. Which I am not. I am a millennial anyway. Long story short there was an incident inside the coffee bean where one of the employees had a bunch of sh!+ on her face (John Travolta voice) got triggered because there was a man who didn't speak english well... was playing videos on his phone out loud next to the mobile order counter and the girl with the COW piercing on her nose was taking orders. She got upset and went up to the man and said that He needs to turn down the volume down because she cannot hear the orders. she even grabbed his phone and show him what she was talking about because the guy did not understand no matter how many times she told him. Which I get. you should ask someone nicely to turn down the volume. I get that. But the way she spoke to the guy like if he was the R word. She could have definitely not make a whole scene and make the poor man feel stupid. it was unnecessary. and I get the whole GenZ having a mentality where the customer is NOT always right which I agree on. But she should treat any human being with dignity. not like a CHILD. Especially when that person's first language is DEFINITELY not ENGLISH. And i am sure that girl has no remorse like the sociopathic tendencies alot of GENZ has now.

Short walk from the hotel. The service was super friendly and offered great suggestions. The drinks were amazing!

I enjoy having Coffee Bean as a treat sometimes, and have never been disappointed in food or drinks from there.
I stopped visiting the Glendale location because the manager there was very pushy about the app, and trying to convince me to download it in the rare times I went in. It made the process of trying to order the coffee unpleasant.
Now that the Glendale store has closed permanently, I came by here and the same manager has moved to this store. I have no problems with any other employee, they are all very nice! The last time I was in there though, the manager asked me three times to download the app in the time it took for me to order one single cup of coffee and no food. They cannot take the answer, “no I don’t want it,” and continue to push it on you.
I just hope that if I go there in the future that a different employee will be at the register, so I don’t have to deal with how awkward that is to repeatedly have to say no just to finish my transaction.

The New manager is great have been on going too CB for15 years and the employees makes it feel like home.They know your name when you walk in the door.

Once I worked here 4 years. Came to get white chocolate frap. These two girls are absutley miserable. They look so stressed out and horrible customer service. Tried to charge me 80cent for chocolate drizzle which came with the white chocolate. I corrected her she became upset. They made it will with all chocolate. Had them fix it to oriental style but wood the misery in their eyes and the stress so sad. Wish u guys luck!

I am a convert.Starbucks no more. (Well, mayvmbe sometimes.)CB makes the best hot chocolate! Hands down, the best. Great customrr service, too.
