I walked in to the Coffee Bean in Burbank on San Fernando Rd. to meet up with a friend we usually go to this location always happy, great service but today was extra special. The manager Abbey took our order she overheard me talking about my dad's passing a few days ago with my friend and how extremely sad I'm feeling, when my friend went to pay she insisted she was paying for our 2 matchas, and she gave me sweet condolences and words of encouragement, that was so...
