The food is good but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. The woman who brought out my curb side pick up practically threw it at me and rushed away. There are also a lot of transients and food deliver service cars taking up spots and standing menacingly outside the restaurant.
I dont mind the charge for condiments but the customer service needs to greatly improve.

Came for the burgers, stayed for the sides! The onion rings and sweet potato fries are top-tier. I tried the Char Burger this time and it didn't disappoint. Pro tip: grab some of the yellow peppers from the bar to give your burger a little kick. 5 stars for the service and the food.
Reliable, flame-grilled burgers that actually have flavor. The Double Char with cheese is a classic. Service at this Burbank location is always quick, and the interior is kept very clean. Definitely a step up from your average fast food

I went here for lunch and ordered a meal (hamburger, fries and a drink). Everywhere else I get one small ranch for dipping my fries, not here. The worker said even if you get a meal we charge for ranch and being super rude as well. Like seriously you can’t give one ranch for the fries? I’m not asking for multiple just one. Corporate greed is getting out of hand, the meals have already doubled in price! What a joke,this is the last time I come to this location! I’ll stick to the one by my house, they give ONE ranch for fries.

I tried Habit Burger recently and noticed a new item on the menu, the cauliflower cheese side. It was like fried cauliflower with melted cheese inside, soft and creamy with every bite. I really liked it. We also ordered a high-protein meal with bacon, egg, cheese, cabbage, lettuce, chicken, and avocado. It was delicious, full of flavor, and definitely worth trying. Overall, great experience!
