I love the Habit Burger, especially because of their $6,$8 and $10 deal. Such great value for clean, quality, food! We placed our order on the app but dined in. Service was fine, food was ready on time. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is because there were rowdy teens out front smoking vapes and cigarettes as people were dining out there. Mind you they were customers too, not like they were doing this on the street, this was on the outdoor seating patio and I think staff couldn't have addressed that, but didn't.

Not only this place waters down their ranch dressings, which is very gross, they charge you 60 cents. How petty and sad. In n out is 10 times better. Avoid this chain.

This location has become so bad in customer service throughout the years. They charge for every single condiment, police what you pour in your cups, even the kids (water or juice). I suggested we go to in n out since it never disappoints but my husband insisted habit. Never again, the workers need to check their attitude and provide the customer service we pay so much for. It’s over priced and over hyped. Never again. Do better!

This franchise sucks. I mean the people who run this place. Lazy, dirty, sloppy and rude. I asked to wipe a table for us, and a latino woman just smeared the remains of someone's food with a dirty wet rag and brushed it on me. This place became a nightmare 🤮🤮🤮
