Had to walk out when I saw that they gave installed a pad for ordering. I come for the coffee and the conversation with the baristas. So sad this has happened. This will deter me from coming back

The Palm Coffee Bar is a super cute shop. I loved the decor and the overall vibe. My friend and I each ordered a different coffee, and we both loved what we got. It was pretty busy when we went, but we found seating outside and didn't have to wait too long to get our drinks.
I have always loved the palms coffee place. Every time I visit Los Angeles I always make sure to stop by and grab a quick iced Americano. Today was especially special because my husband came with me who is a mocha snob and he was not convinced their mocha were tasty enough for him to get one. Daniel the manager heard our conversation and popped in to assure my husband that not only has the coffee standards gone up, but they recently have done many changes to their coffee, making process that has improved the quality and taste. My husband got his mocha and he was very pleased with the flavor and was very happy with the overall experience. Daniel was very sweet and kind and it’s very obvious. He loves what he does.! my Americano was even tastier than it has been in the past.

Overpriced and quality is very mid. We got the rose latte and Cinnamon Toast Crunch. They tasted the same, literally no flavor. The staff wasn’t the friendliest. Such a bummer that I wasted $20 for something I could have made better at home. Won’t be coming back.
