Why do you have sugar in your meals? You are healthy store! I can cook everything myself of course but sometimes I come to the store and I see sugar everywhere! Don't you know all the information about the harm of sugar? Why to put maple sap in the nuts butter? It's already have dates! It's already sweet! Why to put sugar in chia pudding ? And in overnight oats? Just why?If you don't know how harmful sugar is for our health please educate yourselfIf people who are making it didn't quit sugar themselves then please know that people (customers) who did quite sugar, their taste buds have changed. And if it seems " not sweet " for your worker, then it means it would taste perfect for your clients who quit sugar.I come to this store to have healthy options to be able to stay on my healthy eating style but in desert section there is sugar everywhereAlso please your pies sugar free and gluten free so we be able to eat it!My eating style: I exclude just three products: refined sugar (honey and maple syrup and all the syrups are also sugar), gluten, and lactose. Please at least make sure there is no sugar, honey, syrup in your deserts. Would greatly appreciate it.I wish you can exclude all the sugar substitutes too. The food taste really good without them. Most people don't need them. Even sugar substitutes still can give sugar cravings, would be so great to have sugar free sugar substitutes free, gluten free desert optionsWould so appreciate itAnd that would make me happierThank you

Rolled in to this walmart at 10:56pm and they told me that they were closed for the night but if you look them up on yelp and google it says they close at midnight. So just a heads up dont waste your time going after 11pm.

Walmart is just a sucky company pretty much all their stores are. The scooters for disabled or elderly customers are never plugged in and charged or working. everyone is rude. prices are never right and no one fixes them. lines are always long and bathrooms are always dirty. once of the worst companies ever!

First time at this location. Great selection of items, clean and well maintained. This would be a higher rating if the employees here were not so rude and lack any customer service skills. Upon checkout, cashier was too busy singing to himself and not even paying attention to anything. No hello or thank you. Went to some so-called Manager - think it was Michael - who turned his back on me and just ignored me. As always, you hire what you get. Garbage in and garbage out. Good job of hiring horrible employees. Keep up the great work! Owners - you should be proud.

Needed some stuff for our hotel and so here we are. Plenty of parking is available, this location is one of the better ones we've visited. The store is huge and we were able to find everything we needed without hurting the wallet. The store is neat and organized for the most part. Found water, kids bath products, snacks, and travel size toiletries. Self check-out machines are available. We were in and out in no time. Gets the job done.

Let me start of by saying that the management staff here do NOT have the skills to perform that title. I came in to buy some groceries for the week, and a couple cases of beer. They had the beer priced incorrectly. I was told by an employee named "Rachel" that they would honor the price. When I went to pay, the cashier couldn't over write it, the assistant manager Castro looked clueless as to what to do yet alone tell me. So Castro involved "Hal", a guy who didn't identify himself, as to who he was, he just told me it's "against the law to lower the price on beer". I told him okay show me your Walmart policy or where this law is, because I have never heard of it. He was a complete j**** He belittled me in front of many other shoppers and my husband. BY LAW, they're to honor the price and he refused. This is why I will never come here again, I have reposted this to their corporate office along with pictures...and just an FYI, there is NO SUCH LAW! Hal, is an inexperience worker who couldn't handle a customer to satisfaction. What THEY did was completely illegal! And if you ever read this Hal...just know you messed with the wrong person. I'm not your typical person who is told something and walks off. I will get to the bottom of this.

Of course Chico deBarge got popped for meth in the parking lot ...he was probably copping it from the employees here! So the location is off a long, winding street, kinda out of the way. You wonder where the F you're going because there doesn't seem to be a shopping center anywhere in sight, but then when you see it, you're like "Oh...okay, I guess". The parking lot is full drivers who I think might not have a whole lot of experience...um, driving. Once you get inside, it's kinda rough. Two ladies got in a fight right when I walked in. I just put the blinders on and went about my way. It is a SuperCenter so it's pretty big but some areas were dimly lit and I felt like I was in some sort of time warp and found myself spending too much unnecessary time in the aisles and I had no idea why, it was like my brain went into shutdown mode. Employees are kinda sketch as I got to the Hardware section. Got some weird looks from them so I grabbed what I needed to and got the heck out. A lot of...empty shelves around? Some items seemed to be just randomly arranged near each other for no reason. The bakery though...omg. They had so many options and not just the basic apple pie stuff: Holiday brownies, cookies, pies, and sooooo many different types of sweets, I wanted to start putting armfuls of goods in my cart but I restrained myself. The employees were better in this section. Overall, a 3 star. Besides the bakery section, meh.

Burbank Walmart isn't bad. Easy parking, helpful and plenty of associates, not to mention well organized. If you prefer a more "Ghetto" Walmart experience go to the Panorama City location instead (I secretly like it there, lol). Burbank for the win! From everyday essentials to seasonal items like that nasty " holiday fruitcake" that never expires this is my one stop shop where I can save time and money also get everything all in one place! I don't love it here, but this Burbank location makes it tolerable. But if you don't want to be seen in here, I totally get it!

I was in the store today buying my 5th or 6 th computer from Walmart for my business. The computer I always buy is $499 in store and $449 direct on Walmart's website. This practice is illegal as well as unethical. I have always showed the price online and was able to receive the computer for the online price. Today was different, I spoke with Antonio the "manager" as well as Micheal who said he was the highest manager at the store. When I showed them the price they said they can't price match there own website even though the item was sold by Walmart on Walmart's actual site. The two men were rude and unprofessional. As I walked out the store with my pregnant wife Antonio started yelling at me from across the cashier area and made jesters that he wanted to fight me. I will be filling a complaint with the FTC regarding the illegal practices.

This review is specifically for Kristy in the ammunition department. She's the nicest and most knowledgeable person I've met! When I went to buy ammunition, she came up. I thought there was no way she could help me, but I was so wrong! She quickly knew what I wanted and helped me price out ammo for two different size rounds. She's also very friendly which is a plus! She easily and quickly processed my doj request and got it approved fast. Ill be back to this Walmart just for her. She deserves employee of the month or whatever program Walmart has for great employees.

haven't been to a Walmart in years, and today was a reminder why. terrible customer service with no motivation to attempt a decent experience. came in for a tv, drove all the way out only to find out that even though online it said it was "in-stock" but come to find it wasn't. I get life happens, my biggest peeve was their attitude and 'options' this guy could care less without even helping about maybe a similar model or even delivery options - just awkward and terrible. literally walked to Best Buy next door (which should of been my first option, same price and deal and just overall much better experience). good luck to those who have the patience or tolerance

Store location: convenient Parking: ok Customer service: TERRIBLE -the manager at customer service was extremely rude and abrasive with how she handled me as a customer. After waiting in the customer service line for roughly 25 minutes to pick up a money order gift, I was told I could not due to the order not being under my legal name (I go by my middle name and it was my sweet aunt who's been calling me this for over 30 years)... no worries at all, but when trying to gain clarity by asking the manager if I could use a picture receipt of the transaction, I was abrasively told "no, why would this person send this to you like that? I could get fired for overriding it." It wasn't the fact that I couldn't get the money order (it was just a friendly gift), but the lack of professionalism is what drove me to give this rating 1 star. Target is within walking distance.... just saying.

We have the right to bear arms... And Walmart wants to make sure it's easy to come by. At least they placed it behind lock and key. So if you would like to buy a gun, you need help. Obviously. There are gun controversies lately like licenses, renewal and ammunition. You can buy the gun, but bullets aren't so simple to acquire anymore. Why sell the guns? Who owns a gun? Should I care? Maybe I'm a militant. I should care. I don't know if I do. This is my country. I love my country. I don't know what to think about any of the gun issues. I don't own a gun. I think everybody should be protected and safe. Not necessarily by gun. And I definitely don't want lunatics committing murder for fun. These are sad times. I don't want sad news or thoughts... Walmart isn't the best place, but it's not the worst. God bless America

It's a clean well run Walmart. Every time i go it's always very busy but checking out is made so much easier by the plethora of self checkout machines. The staff has been very helpful every time I ask where am item may be. My only complaint is that they seem to be out of things often. Could have to do with the sheer volume of customers they see every day but still it bugs me when i need to make multiple trips per week hoping something like an ice cube tray is in stock or something similar. Overall they have a lot of parking and I use this one as my new go to Walmart. The customer service line is HORRENDOUS !!! I really don't understand how Walmart doesn't have a bigger dedicated space for this. You have to wait maybe 40 mins before seeing someone at almost all times. Just come in the AM to avoid it but I have seen only one or two people working there multiple times. If you ever need a return come in the morning or be prepared to wait!
