We were running around victory place running errands all Saturday and thought to stop in at Wendy's for a late lunch. There were a lot of people in the drive-through and we were starving and just wanted to grab some food and go home to eat it.
The line seemed to stop moving at some point. It must have been in total a 30 minute wait just to place our order. Well we were in line and thought lets just do it. We ordered the Dave's Hot 'n Juicy Double with Cheese and we like to have 3 orders of fries between us. One with melted cheese and the others just plain large fries.
To drink we had to get a couple of the vanilla frosty's. That's basically dessert and a drink for us. But no, can go past the chocolate chunk cookies, so also ordered a few of those too!
Once we finally got our food I checked the orders and there was one of the burgers missing. They promised it wouldn't be long. It was about 5 minutes and I noticed the frosty's were sort of getting runny and not as thick as I swished them around. Possible they were already runny and I didn't check until I was waiting around. I asked the attendant if she thought they seemed a bit too runny and she agreed to get us some new ones. When she returned the new versions were thicker in consistency and we were ready to start drinking. Finally got on the road with the second burger.
When we got home and started polishing all the food off, we noticed the fries with the melted cheese were not that melty. The entire thing was sort of stuck together. We decided not to eat them. After the waiting around for the second burger it's possible the cheese wasn't so melty anymore on the fries.
We will give it another try as the food was yummy but not sure what was going on in the store with items missing in the order and the runny frosty drinks.

Not happy with how gray the patties look, I specifically asked the manager for well don, she yelled it out to them and I still was given an under cooked burger. Not even 2 minutes passed and I already had the order. Someone ordered before I did. Besides that everything else is okay. Those burgers need to be cooked more viruses are appearing in beef and they keep under cooking, I don't want to hear them saying Mexicans run this place either and say you know not to eat here now.

Services isn’t great. Keep forgetting the items and order nuggets and not even alot of bbq sauce.
Placed an order in drive thru. Drive 15 minutes home. Get home to find that they completely forgot my wife’s food. It’s now 11pm we’re tired beat and wife is starving. I called them and all they want to do is say oh oops sorry we’ll give you money back for that. No you ruined an entire meal. You ruined our night. If you mess up a simple sorry doesn’t cut it. Absolutely horrible customer service and accountability. I spent $60 to get home and for my wife to not have anything to eat. She’s gonna sleep with a pbj sandwich and all you can say is sorry we’ll refund you next time you come in? That’s all. That’s not ok. Disgusting manners and customer service.

Absolutely horrible! There was nothing but chit chat and gossip happening. That should have been the 1st red flag. 2nd, I ordered baconator fries, absolutely horrible! Lazy ass service, they put regular cheese from a burger instead of nacho cheese and whole pieces of bacon. It’s such a chore to get to this place so I couldn’t go back. Now I have food that isn’t even appetizing to eat.

Everytime I've came to this location something in my order wasn't correct. Its really frustrating cuz there's no Wendy's locations in my area so I have to drive out here. I unfortunately got undercooked fries the first time and the second time I was charged for an item that I did not receive. Disappointing.
