I actually went here today. Ordered the breakfast burrito combo: breakfast burrito, wedge potatoes, and a drink. About $7 and change. It's a chill atmosphere and restaurant style sitting. It's a cool place to chill and have a bite to eat. 😏

You want to charge your customers premium prices and yet offer subpar service. This used to be the best fast food spot in Burbank, but the prices have gone up so astronomically high and the service has gone down the toilet. I ordered coffee and breakfast this morning and was denied 1 single ranch sauce unless I paid .50 extra. First of all, what makes you think your sauce is even worth 50 cents a pathetic container? Secondly, I didn't receive cream or sugar for my coffee nor a single napkin. I'm disputing this charge with my bank because i'm tired of being ripped off by these fast food chains. It's not about the $7 I wasted on this slop, it's the principle of how I was treated at the drive-thru window. Pathetic.

This Wendy's is busy, but also very quick, accurate and clean! The bacon double stack is my guilty pleasure and they don't disappoint! The bathroom was also very clean!
My only complaint is the apparent language barrier, as it took nearly 10 minutes for an English speaking associate to assist. All in all, not very convenient having to learn a second language to order a meal.
