It's the only Wendy's in Burbank, and the nearest ones are farther away. It's at 5 points and the traffic from the shoppers and people going to eat there is crazy! However, that being said the staff is efficient in the weeds and they're nice and friendly despite the hectic flow and the order gets to you asap, it's really impressive

For everything they charge, at least they should serve fresh ingredients.... I bought a salad and it had rotten lettuce.... my son ordered a hamburger that I don't remember the name of, but when they gave it to him it was totally different from the photo on the table. advertising, he went to ask and they told him that was what he ordered... so the service is terrible....

Delish! I went through the drive-thru and ordered a double cheeseburger with no onions. I also asked for my French fries to be well done. My cheeseburger was hot and fresh and the cheese was melted perfect the meat was nice and juicy and my French fries were cooked well done just like I asked. The drive-thru was very efficient and very quick and I'm glad to see Wendy's is on top of their game.

The food is delicious. Overall every single hamburger that I tried from this place is delicious. The only thing that is a little bit uncomfortable is when I use my points it seems like the ladies handling the front don’t really like it but those are rewards that I earned by spending money And everything else

They got my order wrong today (spicy chicken nuggets vs regular) and 1 item was missing. Do they not double check before giving the food to customers at the drive-way?It was not the first time this happened at this location.The taste of the chocolate frosty is low quality. The bacon-nator fries and burgers are not good at all.Many reviews on this location show that they do not care about service and they always make the same mistake. People double check your orders at the drive thru.

Food was not bad the employees were talking about a lady that had an issue with a store manager heavy set hispanic lady they need to be more professional and not argue with a customer in front of others during lunchch rush hour what happened to the customer is always important?

By far the worst Wendy's in the U.S. Uncooked and incomplete orders every time. I travel a lot for work, and Wendy's is my go-to thru the United States, it's a huge disappointment that my local Wendy's, located in a major city, gives me uncooked food, or sends me away with an entire meal missing, and also tacking & charging me for cookies/ extras I never want. The manager claims to be packing orders herself, tonight's order was missing my $9 chicken sandwich... plus they charged me for cookies I didn't order. So if it's not clear why this place is such a mess, the manager is even mispacking orders. I had to drive 20 minutes back for a refund while my families meals got cold. The gal taking orders was specifically told no cookies twice, to then charged me for them. The window employee taking payment doesn't give out receipts, every time I come thru. To also mention, my husband and I both have the flu which is why we used the drive thru, having to come back and come inside to get a refund exposes everyone to our virus, all because they cannot pack or take an order correctly. The way this business is getting by is unethical, imagine how many incorrect and overcharged orders don't bring it to their attention! This is years of me coming to this Wendy's, a long over due review. I'll now be skipping my local Wendy's and only visiting locations in small towns where they somehow know how to accurately provide my order. This place deserves a negative 3.
