The store itself is insanely loud moreover their customer service is sub par at best. The lady thought I said boneless she insisted that she was right and I was wrong I didn’t feel like arguing so ask again kindly and they refused if someone is paying 20+$$$ they should replace it no questions ask. I used to work for Panera bread and that is how they trained us when dealing with dissatisfied customers. This place is a joke!!!

Wings has been cook they cook slots and just leave the on the fryer, because I was able to see it, just look a this wings they make me want to vomit, let along a pay $19 for 8 wings fries and drink.Please do you a favor don’t came to this horrible place, this is the worst wing stop I ever been. Why do I see Uber delivery couriers pouring drinks for customers? They don't have medical clearance. Their hands are dirty. I'm thinking of reporting this to the inspectorate.

Horrible service, we waited in line for more than 10 minutes, the cashier was on the phone and the other employees were just chatting until they felt like taking the order, plus another 20 minutes for only 10 wings ??

It's not a good experience. They do veterans discounts, but they would not honor my husband's for me (even with his ID and mine). Not even if we face time him. So (I didn't have to), but I went back home to get him to show her (manager). I was not lying. That is what she was acting like. There was a tall man working in the kitchen that was polite (if he's not management, maybe he should be instead of her), but I asked what her name was and he said they can't give out names, we'll duh you have names on your receipts but you can't give management's name. Stupid. The wings were good, but the employees needed more training from someone decent. Will not go back. As you can see on the ticket they are expensive.

Depending on the person could be good or ok service. Food is as good as any wing spot I would say. Atmosphere is about average, they're always working hard in the back of house. Wait time Is usually around 10-20 minutes if you didn't order ahead of time.Vegetarian options: Zero vegetarian options unless you count the fries. Who would go to a wing stop for vegetarian options though. LolParking: Ton of parking

This is the worst wing stop I've been to and it's HEARTBREAKING because I love Wingstop. Their employees are pretty dim (not bright). Very rude and it's almost as though they make it an effort to get your order wrong. I tried talking to the GM there but it seems like she's just as bad as the employees. I called corporate to let them know this place is tarnishing their brand. Hope they do something about it soon. For now, I guess Bdubs it is.
