Food was okay, the drinks were okay, the service was okay. With the various options in Burbank I would only recommend this place if you are tired of everything else. Not bad, just not noteworthy

We ordered the garlic chicken wings and they did a spectacular job way better than the Hollywood location where we ordered the same thing about a week earlier and was like hardly any toppings any jalapeños in the wings. It was like someone put the toppings and seasoning on as afterthought at the Hollywood location, this Burbank location was not only better, but actually was less than the Hollywood location per plate.

Food was great, it just took a while to get service or catch our waiter. They also closed early due to kitchen issues, so maybe it was just a bad day for them.

Stopped here for a late night bite around 11pm since most restaurants are closed by then in Downtown Burbank. The decor gave me Cheesecake Factory vibes and the quality of food was about the same: consistently okay and satisfies everyone’s cravings with a large menu, but not a place I’d take someone to impress them. It’s slightly above mediocre. Our server was very cheery and our food came out quickly, with quite large portions. Not sure I’ll personally stop by again since there’s nothing special about their meals, but I see the appeal for families and large groups. It’s affordable and has a decent atmosphere, but don’t expect to have the best Chinese food of your life.

Ordered tuna and yellowtail roll yesterday. The sushi had a weird consistency, very mashy. Tasted ok.

Wokcano in Burbank offers a great mix of Asian fusion dishes with solid flavor and presentation. The noodles were flavorful, and the hot dishes came out quickly and nicely plated. The atmosphere is trendy but still relaxed, making it a great spot for a casual quick business lunch. The staff was very friendly and attentive throughout our meal, which really made the experience even better. The only drawback is that parking can be a bit challenging in this area, especially during peak hours. Still, it’s worth the effort, I’ll definitely be back!
Lovely restaurant. Lots of parking lots nearby
At one point the service and food was pretty good, now we started to notice the quality of service and food going down. Went there the other day, waiter took forever to get our order, we actually got up and walked out. As we’re walking out, the waiter commented and says “sorry”, didn’t even ask why or tried to stop us, just terrible….
Best for sushi, orders are served in a blink of an eye, service and menu are the best
Wacano delivered a fantastic dining experience from start to finish. We kicked things off with the spicy edamame and spicy tuna roll, both of which were bursting with flavor. The edamame had just the right kick without being overwhelming, and the tuna roll was fresh and well-balanced, setting the tone for the meal perfectly.
For the main course, we ordered a variety of dishes including orange chicken, young chow fried rice, broccoli beef, pad Thai, and sweet and sour pork. Each dish was impressive in both taste and presentation. The orange chicken was crispy with a tangy glaze, and the fried rice was loaded with perfectly cooked vegetables and meat. The broccoli beef was tender and savory, while the pad Thai had a rich, authentic flavor. The sweet and sour pork was a standout, with a perfect balance of sweetness and acidity.
Overall, Wacano exceeded our expectations with their delicious food and wide variety of options. Everything we tried was cooked to perfection, and the flavors were bold and satisfying. It’s clear that attention to quality and detail is a top priority here. We’ll definitely be returning to explore more of the menu.
