Would help if there were pictures of the rolls on the menu. But try everything. Good quality and service.

Horrible experience ordering online, kept the door dash driver waiting over an hour and does not have a functioning phone number to speak to them. Had to cancel after waiting 2 hrs.

We decided to try this place because it was close by and wanted to try something new while in LA and it did NOT disappoint. Aside from the great food and amazing prices, the service was incredible ! The sushi tasted amazing for the price, the atmosphere of the restaurant was nice and quiet (we probably came during downtime which was perfect for us), the food came out at a reasonable time, and the head chef himself came out to talk to us and bring us food and desserts. Everything about our experience was amazing and we will definitely be coming back ! Our personal favorite was the Golden Roll, which we ordered multiple times but everything else was just as delicious. If i could rate 6 out of 5 stars, I would ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I tried this place for the first time recently and I am glad I did. The quality of the sushi was great and everything I ordered was pretty tasty and fresh. I ordered the Classic Box with the spicy tuna roll and crab roll. I also ordered the crunch roll which was smaller than I expected but nonetheless delicious. I will definitely them again.

Tried this place out last night for dinner with my husband. We sat out on the patio, which was super cute with string lights. Heat lamps are available if needed. By looking at the menu, I was expecting something like Sugarfish. I ordered the Light Combo and my husband ordered the Yakumi combo. The entire meal comes out on one plate, instead of individual dishes like Sugarfish. I like having a combo option, and not having to think about creating a meal, but sadly the sushi was not that great. The fish really lacked flavor especially. Service was fine.

My favorite sushi place in the LA area. The food is always consistent and the service is always amazing. Chef Steve ,Rory and the rest of staff do a great job of being consistent. The customer service is always exceptional. The Studio box is my favorite and their drinks are good too! I always sit on the patio and the atmosphere is great. The music is not too loud. I typically come during my baby’s nap time and leave her in the stroller. Highly recommend you try this place.

You have so many choices when it comes to a Japanese restaurant or even an Izakaya, but the best things about Yakumi are The soju cocktails - so delicious it's crazy! The service - really good! The vibe - outside on the patio is really pleasant, especially these cooler evenings for Happy Hour. Don't forget the soju! The food is ok. Not the best, but it's okay. It's a nice casual neighborhood place.

I've been waiting to try this place for awhile and last night we decided to order their boxes to go and let me tell you! The fish was such good quality!! This place was honestly better than sugar fish and better price! I highly recommend trying it, I will definitely be ordering again!

Loved this place. It's quick service so it's a great place to come in for lunch. The combo is totally the way to go such a great deal and you get a little bit of everything. If you visit in between 3-6 weekdays they have happy hour drinks for $5 and 20%off rolls .

I came here around 5pm for dinner and to my surprise it was practically empty! You place your order up front and then seat yourself. The restaurant is pretty small, but is very clean and modern. I came during their happy hour where all of their rolls are 20% off. Each order contains 4 cut rolls, so if you're hungry you will end up ordering a lot.Yakumi Roll (5/5): This was my favorite roll I tried. It's spicy tuna topped with a slice of tuna, serrano, spicy mayo, and eel sauce. It was pretty delicious and I ended up ordering two of them. I will come back here just to get this roll. Golden Roll (3/5): mixed shrimp roll topped with seared salmon and wasabi. I wasn't thrilled with this roll, the seared salmon caught my attention and was tasty, but the mixed shrimp inside could be subbed with something more exciting imo.Spicy Tuna (4/5): A standard spicy tuna roll.CA roll (3/5): Eh I've had way better CA rolls. I would stick to ordering the specialty rolls here to get more bang for your buck.Overall, it's not the best sushi you will ever eat but I enjoyed most of the rolls I had. If you are looking for a quick bite to satisfy your sushi cravings, this place will do the job.

This place was recommended to me by a local that was in Stockton. I am here for work and decided to check it out. I did. Enough said!! A BIG thing in a small quaint package. The food is amazing. It's truly quality over quantity! The outside will definitely make your experience better on a gorgeous day. Enjoy

It was a small family and friends reunion. For each of us it was the first time at this restaurant. We each Love Sushi and had wonderful things to eat and share! Mochi dessert was delightful too!
