Good lord I've never had such a consistently poor experience This store frequently doesn't open on time, just 2 days ago their listed opening time was 10am, I happened to be walking by at 10:10am and the doors were locked. I can't tell you how many times I've gone by the store and they've closed early. Sometimes 20-30 minutes early. The machines are frequently out of order, and the name cards telling you what the flavors are, are not in the correct place. I walked in there once and there were only 4 options available...and the one I wanted the machine wasn't working

This place was closed at 9 on a Friday night. Even though there hours said 10. This is redicoulous and I wasted gas and time. Don't come to this place it was also very dirty and employees were rude.

Came in tonight to treat our daughter to some yogurt. Multiple toppings were stale! We couldn't get past the first bite. So disgusted.. I expected better from this location. No manager available to issue a refund either!

This place is the best in the area. They offer a small cup size now, first I've ever seen. FANTASTIC selection of over TEN active flavors, which tasted great. Add your own toppings. A little chocolate sauce would be appreciated but they are complete and good. Prices, very reasonable compared to other stores in the area. You won't regret getting yogurt here.

This yogurtland should really not be in business anymore if they don't care about the shop. Everything about it will keep myself, and many others, from ever returning. I recommend a treat from somewhere else - there's a pink berry, cold stone, 5 guys shakes, boba, candy shop all within walking distance. A few months ago I stopped in since I was in the area and it was a total mess inside: 1. Only 3 flavors working 2. Half the toppings empty 3. Dirty tables 4. Mess on the floor 5. Workers who didn't want to bother coming to the other side of the bar to see what it looked like Gave them the benefit of the doubt that maybe a rush had just ended or something and tried again a different day. It's the same. The workers clearly don't care. Plenty of reviews saying the same and nothing has changed. Good riddance.

The employees here are so friendly and kind! I stop by once in a while because I'm a s***** for the basic plain flavor- When I tried a few of the dispensers at first, everything was coming out liquid. They immediately fixed it and asked me to wait a few minutes for the machines to get back up and running- for waiting, I got the yogurt on the house, toppings and all! Very cool.

Walked into this place and it was a complete mess. There was cups with yogurt all over the machines. The tables were dirty and also the chairs look like they've been stomped on with dirty shoes. Bearly any toppings. Employees were just standing in the back

This yogurtland delivers excellent service! I am most critical about cleanliness and at this location they always have it well kept up. Also I've noticed that they always have all the toppings filled to the top rather than a scarce amount at a time and area around them is not messy at all. Yogurt machines are always clean and properly working and staff is very friendly. Will continue to keep visiting this location with my family!

I would give this location ZERO STARTS if possible. It was as though no one was working. Half the yogurt stations were out of order or an absolute mess. All the yogurt was watered down and runny. And the employees were hanging out in the far back watching videos on their phones. We had to yell out HELLLLLO and still no one came out. It wasn't until he saw us and we waved him down he came out to help and said nothing. No work ethic or care in the world about the customers they are hired to serve. Absolutely TERRIBLE.
The quality of this location has gone downhill. I used to come here every time I went to Burbank. I went today again and there were only 5 flavors. This location used to have a different flavor for each station, but today the rest of the stations were blank and closed. The consistency had also changed. It used to be very creamy and smooth but today all the flavors were watery. I know this because I got a tiny bit of each flavor because they didn't have chocolate. Honestly, it used to be great, not sure what happened but I'll try a different location next time.

The quality of this location is off the charts awful. I got 4 flavors, they all taste the same. The consistency of the yogurt is not smooth, the candy topping was old and tasted like it's been improperly stored outside and uncovered for months. The raspberry sauce is red liquid sugar. The signs above the machines were handwritten by a kindergartener. I'm embarrassed for the owner.

Great experience!!! My husband and I were on a date and walked past Yogurtland, decided on whim to get some froyo. Turns out they had just switched the sign to closed. When Ryan saw our heartbroken faces he opened the store up again. Great froyo and a very nice dude. Thanks Yogurtland!!!!!!!
