Very clean and empty during our visit. Teriyaki steak looked like chopped up meat, heavy on Teriyaki to cover no flavor. Skinless chicken was not even half a portion. Disappointed.

Don’t come here! Honestly believe the bad reviews. We came in handed them a coupon for 2 beef bowls for $12 plus tax not expired.I’ve never had a problem with any store except this place. Tried to charge us almost $18.00 thought maybe he had not scanned the coupon and asked him to scan it again and he kept adding a drink to the order when we didn’t not order drinks. We asked him to review and fix it. He just looked as us like we were crazy. We walked out and went to zankou around the corner. It’s not about the price but the feeling that they don’t care about their customers and felt completely unethical.

There is something seriously wrong with the cooking process at this location. I live in Burbank but I drive to Glendale just to eat yoshinoya at least twice a week. I thought that the Glendale location was just better, until I ate at a yoshinoya in Pasadena and found that their food was just as good as Glendale. The beef at the Burbank location is not cooked properly, it is all clumped together and has a wierd funky smell that is not present when eating at any other location. I ordered chicken here one time knowing the beef was bad and it was a little old and dry but still edible, the beef I'm afraid, is not.

Don't don't like the Steak At this location. I always get the stake when I visit yoshinoya restaurants And it always tastes great but something went wrong at this specific location where for the first time the steak did not taste or look

System constantly down and will not honor coupons. App does not work and make it difficult to want to ever come again. Would Not recommend!

I haven't had Yoshinoya in years. It was completely on a whim that I decided to stop by and get lunch to go. The service at this location was incredibly fast. I was amazed how fast my food was ready. I wondered if the food was sitting around and heating bins or if they're making it to order. Either way, everything was yummy except the carrots which were slightly overcooked. In terms of ambience, this place is nothing special, it's your typical fast food interior. It looked clean to me. I would stop by again to pick up food to go, but I don't think I'd wear there.

The Burbank location is a Problem. They skimp out on meat, as a rule. Went about 30 minutes before close to grab some late-night food, and was told that they were closed. I know you want to get out of there early, but the business hours are right on the door, guys.Go to the one on Lankershim instead. Proper portions, even if noho is a little sketchy.

I rarely write reviews, and I frequent this location a lot. they've messed up a few times but never made a big deal of it. but tonight I ordered online, and got a combo xl with chicken TERIYAKI and original beef, and get home and there's no teriyaki on the chicken. kind of frustrating.
