This use to be a wonderful zankou with great customer service but now there horrible, I ordered 2 family meals and my chicken was overcooked and extremely dry the manger ANA was unprofessional and rude I asked for her name at 1st she refused to give it to me the her coworker said it's ana and she apologized on ana behalf I'm demanding a call back from corporate....

Ive eaten Zankou several times and they are very consistent. The food is delicious! There was about a 20 minute wait and the price point is fair considering the quality of the food! Only thing is at this location dont expect restaurant service or smiles and guidance while ordering! Id suggest knowing what you want prior to arrival.

Got two falafel wraps for dine in. It was not rolled properly and also the pita bread was completely disintegrated. Both of them. The tahini sauce was leaking all over outside the pita bread. It just made it messy and difficult to eat. Tried once, not going there again.

Absolutely the best chicken and garlic sauce I have ever had. Me and my wife where one of the first ones to come to the zankos in Glendale. CA. We drove all the way from las vegas nv because we where craving the chicken that melts in your mouth. Brandon helped us and was extremely professional and respectful and that made our trip even better. If you are craving chicken that is so flavorful and garlic sauce that is out of this world I suggest you do not pass up zankos if you happen to be in or drive by Glendale CA or burbank CA. You should definitely stop by
