Okay first of all everybody deserves a second chance. Today I went back and ordered the same meal fish and chips. First of all, let me say the customer service was good the first time but today Jesus went above and beyond to get the order correct. The fish was very good. The french fries were done and the coleslaw was served on a nice fresh leaf of lettuce. If it was like this the first time you never would have complained but they nailed it this time. 37 North thumbs up.
Our dining experience was top notch from beginning to end. Jun greeted us with a friendly smile, seated us, and he constantly checked in on us during our entire meal. Jesus was very friendly, attentive, and helped us with great menu choices. Edgar was also very friendly and attentive. It was such an unexpected pleasure to eat such great food and receive so much attention. We wished we could have thanked the Kitchen Staff in person. 10 out of 10!
Brought my mom for Mother's Day. The staff and service was excellent. Carving station and custom omelet station were both good. Wish there could have been slightly more variety of dishes - lots of potatoes. Had to ask for ketchup and BBQ sauce for the chicken tenders and fries since they were not offered at the buffet tables (only ranch from salad bar). I would've settled for honey mustard, but was not a salad dressing option. Main dessert table emptied before 1:30,...
