Super Baskin Robbins. This owner really cares about her store and her customers. Parking is difficult around lunchtime, but she has been here a long time, and is a GREAT lady and a great little store. There are not many around!

So I went into the Burlingame California store to get my free birthday scoop. I told the girl I had a free birthday coupon on my phone. I showed her the app, she asked me to scan it which I did, and on her end, it came up as "used". I told her that's impossible. I haven't used it yet, the expiration date is February 1, 2023, she then said to zoom into the picture of the QR code and scan it again, which I did. Again, she told me it came up as used. I said, can't you use the number on here? She said no the company doesn't allow it there's a red line across it (whatever that means) So I said forget it and I left. This isn't my typical store. I usually go to the store in Millbrae, California. After I finished my errands, I ended up going to the Millbrae store. Told them that I had a birthday coupon, showed them the picture on my phone, they asked me which one I would like, they scanned it no problem! This girl needs to be retrained at the Burlingame store. Or lose more customers as I won't be returning to that location!

Went to a dinner on Burlngame Ave and decided for a quick dessert for the way home. Victoria was very friendly and made a delicious two scoop strawberry sundae. Very pleased.

We always come to this place when it's hot. Kids loves it. Great service. The owner, cares about kids and her customers. Always happy to see us! Decent prices Ans good quality ice cream! Perfect location!

Quack! Terrible service! The employee scooped the wrong ice cream and charged me to get the correct one! What is strange is that it's the other employee there also made a mistake but didn't charge her customers extra. She fixed the problem rather than charge an scoop and say too bad. It's not even like we wanted both scoops. We only wanted the one we asked for! I hope the cost of that extra kids scoop was worth loosing a customer over. Quack!

Terrible service and terrible ice cream. The store was filled with customers waiting and no one was manning the front. Finally he comes out from the back. He looked like he took a nap. The ice cream tasted freezer burned and old and the dipped sprinkles cone was stale and inedible. Gross. What a waste of $13.
