First there was hair in my wife's soup, The server brought another, All 3 of the Filet Mignon was to chewy and fatty, Son was given the wrong drink (not a big deal). But for a $60 plate i expect my steak tender and be able to cut it with a fork... We have been coming to this location for over 30 years...and most of the time it is good. The place was semi empty being a Monday night, The server was excellent and prompt in refilling drinks.

Lots of fun! Food for everyone. Our chef was fun and the show was exciting. Our only minor complaint was we were crammed into a table and we barely had any room. My husband could barely move his arms. Everything else was fantastic! We'll be back

I have been a fan of Benihana since going to my first one 55 years ago for my 7th birthday and make numerous trip to Benihanas acorss the globe each year. While still a fun experience, it seems prices have risen considerably over the past year under the new ownership of the chain. On the plus side, the menu has expanded as well, but that also slows the chefs down a bit. I have been going to the Benihana in Burlingame since 1988 and it seems there is always a complete turnover...
