Love the food here. Great service. We ate inside this time and the acoustics were not great where we were - too noisy, like a jumble of noise from across the room.
The pastry was so-so ... not as good as I remembered. The latte and cappuccino were both delicious. Highly recommended.

Really delicious drinks and pastries - a great place to wait out a delayed outgoing or incoming flight from SFO as we did when our traveling companions flight was delayed. Make sure to indulge in the pastries.

If you are willing to wait 45 minutes after having had your order forgotten, then yes, absolutely be my guest and go to this establishment.
If I didn’t say something, I would probably still be waiting for my order all these hours later. I understand it was busy on this particular day, but it was so disheartening to have to wait as long as I did before someone came to apologize to me for the long wait. They didn’t even acknowledge that my order was forgotten. For context, I placed my order after waiting in a long line (15-20 mins) at 12:45pm. I left this restaurant at 1:45pm.
Safe to say, I’m never coming back here again.

So me and my partner came here based on the yelp reviews. We got there early in the morning like 7:30am. When we started ordering our coffee drinks, the girl at the counter immediately says that their coffee machine was broken and would be out for the rest of the day. So since we were already there we decided to just get food and eat it there. As soon as we sit down and the next person goes to order, we hear them order coffee and then the next person and so on. The girl never told them the machine was broken and we were hearing their coffee being made. People were leaving with their coffee cups and being served in mugs… honestly we wanted to leave at that point, but we had ordered our food already to eat there. The food arrived and it was okay. Got a croissant sandwich and my partner got a turkey sandwich. When we were done eating, my partner went up to ask if their machine was still broken and another person told him “oh it was fixed 10 minutes ago, if you want you can order now” He politely said no and we just left to drink at Philz coffee. We felt weird about it.. so we decided we would not be eating there again.

We had to come back since the line was so long. The second time, the line was moving. We got a table and the food finally came maybe after 20 minutes. It was worth the wait. Presentation, freshness & flavor did not disappoint. My daughter & her husband live in SF. They took me out for lunch with her girlfriends
