Pizza Centro is better than many of the other Broadway food options (although unfortunately that is not saying a lot). Their pizza is thin with wonderful sauce and fresh ingredients, but it and most of the menu items I tried were not exactly balanced right. Sometimes it’s hard to get simple things right, and the pizza needed a little more salt. The salad was pleasant although the pears could have been riper, and the dessert was very one note with a cheap lemon flavor. Service...

service is not great. i was given a glass with lipstick on it. the server took it and then instead of giving me a clean glass right away so i could drink some water, he went to help another customer. i was literally sitting across from the area where they keep the glasses and cash register - it would have taken him 30 seconds to replace my glass before ringing up the takeout order. then i saw that my fork had cheese stuck to it. this place seriously needs a new dishwasher. so...
