My girlfriend and I stopped by Dell Oliva this last weekend to look around. And we ended up staying for almost an hour. The owner, Eddie, showed us around his store and lead us through a wonderful tasting of olive oil's and balsamic vinegar's. He is super knowledgeable about food and everything in the shop is top quality. We ended up leaving with a bag full of wonderful food.Today we are making an arugula salad with tuna chunks and truffle olive oil, suggested by Eddie. It is so good. Can't wait to come by there again in the next few weeks. You should too.

I've shopped, dined, and walked around downtown Burlingame many times but this time me and my friend noticed this store for the first time and walked inside. It feels like I'm in the Italian countryside! The employees are so sweet and passionate about their olive oil and vinegar. Nice selection of pasta, wines, seasonings, and body care. I think this will be my only go to place for pasta and Italian ingredients for now on.

The only olive oil store I'll ever go to! It's a cute, clean, and locally run shop where the owners truly care about their products. They have free tastings too! My mom is a repeat customer and has been going there for years. I went there today and Eddie helped me pick a mini olive oil and vinegar set for a friend that loves salads. They make their sesame oil every 45 days too and it's delicious! Thank you, Eddie and his wife, for over a decade of quality items!

We ran out of our favorite peach-infused balsamic vinegar so I came here, hoping they had some in stock. I needn't have worried. What a selection -- my goodness! Not only did they carry the peach vinegar but they also stock any number of flavored olive oils. After a taste test, I picked blood orange olive oil to go with the peach vinegar. In addition to the vast selection, the owner is very knowledgeable and attentive.All in all: - Terrific selection of oils and vinegars;- Knowledgeable and helpful staff; and - Easy street parking (next to Morning Glory).

Eddy and his beautiful wife hosted my birthday tasting party, and it was fantastic.. from the moment we walked in, we felt welcome, and at home,from the wonderful spread of different cheese and crackers,the wine was excellent. Del' Olivia is the place for olive oil. Service is friendly and helpful. Plenty of olive oils and vinegars to try and combinations to experience. The owner definitely has great recommendations. From savory in cooking to sweet combinations, you'll definitely find something especially if you like to cook, dine and host at home. The decor is inviting and i like how they have a meeting area in the back of the store. I'll be sure to return for more olive oil.

This is hands down one of my most favorite shops ever!!! Firstly, Eddie is so fantastic! He provides the most amazing service! He's so good at helping you figure out exactly what you're looking for and teaching you all about olive oil and the importance of quality and how you use it. I've fallen back in love with cooking all because of these amazing infused olive oils. And the vinegars have been a game changer for my salads! Also, they have fantastic wine!!! The ambiance is so cute! You walk in and can't help but have your head turning in all directions to look at all the amazing artisanal snacks and pastas and just everything!!!! I absolutely cannot live without these olive oils and balsamic vinegars! EVERYONE needs to check this shop out! I'm obsessed!

Can't believe we have been a frequent customer for years and never left a review. Everyone with a Gourmet palate should come here and let Eddie, the owner and connoisseur, guide you. We buy many gifts and gift baskets to give away and he even has them delivered to any destination using a courier. I love his cookies although pricey they are the very BEST we ever tasted! We ourselves have gotten addicted to his select Balsamic Vinegars and pure Olive Oils from Modena, Italy. We use it as salad dressing or soak our favorite breads or drizzle over grilled protein or vegetables! If you have not been to this store, you are missing out a lot...
