Fuumi offers the best cashu ramen and tonkatsu, with no MSG. The brussel sprouts are an excellent addition to the ramen, and the fried baby octopus is a must-try. Fresh sushi rolls and friendly, attentive service make for a great dining experience. The tempura udon and cherry blossom are also fan favorites. Fuumi has a cozy, intimate feel, and the sushi is incredibly fresh, with the omakase offering excellent value. The team is very friendly and efficient, and the ambiance is great, even when busy. The sushi and smoked salmon nigiri are both delicious, and the staff are happy to provide recommendations on drinks.
