Waiter was quick with his recommendation and led me to the house pan fried noodles. Hesked if I wanted some vegetables, I said sure...the dish came with vegetables but he recommended some Chinese broccoli. I was eating alone...you can see the 20 dollar mound of broccoli he brought me...ridiculous. the house combination with pan fried noodles was ok at best. Last time I was here the dim sum at lunch was great. This was not even close to that experience.

Good go to dimsum spot! Also by the bay so some nice views if you’re sitting by the window. Dishes are also pretty good! Quick service and a lot of staff walking around. I think the only downside for me personally is that the parking can be challenging during busy hours and spots are a little bit on the narrower side but there is a lot! This doesn’t stop me from coming though because eventually someone leaves

Terrible service doesn’t get shadowed by good food. We were told a 30 minute wait. 1hour 15min later and nowhere near being given a table. At this point you’re too invested to leave and if you leave it’s diminishing returns. Never again will I go to this awful place.

My family and I visited Grand Harbor after a Giants game to celebrate my brother’s birthday. Unfortunately, our experience with our server, Peng, was disappointing. He was curt when taking our order, did not offer basic service items such as drinks or utensils, and was overall inattentive throughout the meal. Another server, Leo, checked on us and was very kind — his service was much appreciated.

At the end of the meal, I chose not to leave a tip due to the poor service. To my surprise, Peng followed us outside and demanded a tip, insisting we could not leave without leaving one. This was unprofessional and made the experience very uncomfortable.

While we appreciated Leo’s excellent service, the overall experience left us dissatisfied.

FOOD 3
We ordered a mix of classic dim sum dishes and found most everything to be lightly seasoned and lacking depth.

Siu mai skins were falling apart, and the pork filling, which contained shrimps, tobiko on top and coarsely ground pork, could have used some sweetness - 2.

Har gow skin was translucent and filled with perfectly steamed shrimps with a hint of ginger - 4.

Wu gok Taro turnovers were OK, but lacking punch - 3.

Gee cheung fun skin was silky soft, chopped char siu filling tasted a bit dry perhaps from the day before. Sauce was light and sweet - 3.5
Chicken feet were my favorite of the day with succulent flavor and easy to eat - 4.

Chow mein noodles were OK, with most of the noodles clumped together and drenched in the gravy, and just a few strands on the outer edges crispy - 3. The sauce was light, again lacking overall depth, but at least the sauce wasn’t oversalted. Shrimps, scallops and fish were cooked through just enough, so that they weren’t raw.

Dessert of Portuguese-style egg tarts were very delicious, flaky, and sweet - 5!

SERVICE 4
Our main server was very attentive, intuitive and responsive filling our teapot with hot water and clearing away empty steamer baskets etc.

Since we sat on the mid-tier floor away from the window, the server has to pull our orders from the carts on the main floor and bring them to our table.

ATMOSPHERE 4
Main floor seating is desired if you can get it. As other reviewers have mentioned, the ocean view and watching planes take off and land can be mesmerizing.

OVERALL 4
We visited on a Sunday at 10:45am and quickly got a 4-top for 3 just before all the crowds arrived. While I wasn’t impressed with the food (I found it quite pedestrian and ordinary, but the prices are reasonable for the quality), we did spend a pleasant 2 hours catching up with family, and at no time did we feel hurried or rushed. $80 before tip for 3 light eaters. I would return with non-fussy eaters.

Fast service. Food is decent and tasty. Quality is not on the high end. It is a good Dim Sum restaurant.

At 11am on a Sunday, the parking lot was full. The wait was about 5 minutes for a table of 10. It is the type of dim sum restaurant without carts and you order by marking up a brochure. We ordered way too much food. The bill ended up being $380 before tip. Most of the food tasted OK, These were not OK, egg rolls, stuffed mushrooms and turnip cakes. Service was lackluster. We had a party of 10 and they only set it up for eight people. We asked for two more place sets and they only gave us plates. No chairs, chops sticks or napkins. We had to ask multiple times. They don't have mustard, soy sauce or hot sauce at the table. Again, we had to ask multiple times as they will only give you one set for 10 people.

Most of the dishes were salty. No rock sugar for hot teas. Not friendly servers.

They forgot to serve one course and kept us waiting for 45+ mins for another course. They didn’t apologize. Don’t expect good service there.
