All the food is fresh, and choosing what's in season makes it even tastier. For larger groups, the big round tables come with the added bonus of individual hot pots built right into the table. It's easier to order dishes when you have a bigger group here ( 3+ people)

Nice view, nice food

I had an amazing experience at HL Peninsula Hotpot Grill! The Dimsum was absolutely delicious, with fresh ingredients and rich, flavorful dishes that made every bite enjoyable. The service was outstanding—friendly, attentive, and quick to respond to any requests, making us feel truly welcomed. Quality food overall. The sauteed beef and sea cucumber is worth six stars. The fried oyster cake has room of improvement in my opinion, compared to the most authetic one I had in Singapore. However also keep in mind that very few restaurants in the US offer this dish. If five star is the absolutely top in the US, they have a sloid four star.
