This was one of the best sushi experiences I have ever had!!!! Michelin Star quality and service. The executive chef was outstanding and prepared a custom meal that was mind blowing!! I am so glad we went there. It is our new fav spot!!
Great food! Great service ! Passion Fruit Martini was very good! We had three highly recommended rolls and all were very tasty! Highly recommend starting off with the spicy garlic edamame!
Parking: There is a parking garage on the same street (Lorton) a block down (did not use trybthe newest one) Or you can pay the meter. (garage was only $3.00)

We love this place! We love a good vibe and this place is it! Always good music and good company. The menu has combinations you won't find anywhere else. Real foodies will appreciate different ingredients in their sushi rolls like macadamia nuts and mango. The owner is our new friend and that's how a good business is run. Thank you for being consistent!

If you like food that looks like a toddler made it, this is the place for you. The carpaccio consisted of thick uneven slabs of hamachi, nothing delicate about this dish. The highly recommended 007 roll was so-so and just didn't have any flavor. The tempura was flabby, not crispy at all. We had another salmon sashimi dish which looked as sloppy as the hamachi. Aside from how the food looked, it just didn't taste good. On a positive note, the staff were nice.
This is a contender for sushi sophistication in the SF Bay Area. Each item I had was just perfect: all nigiri cuts were spot-on for an incredible experience: fresh but not hard-fresh, melt-in-your-mouth buttery yet not past-its-prime, just perfect! Becky, my server, went so much out of the way to guide me through the menu and it paid off: I ordered items I would have missed without her help. This is one of those rare sushi-heaven spots that any enthusiast would be delighted to find! 6 stars!
Had an amazing experience! Celebrated my birthday and was treated incredibly. The owner Stan recommended great choices and the bartender Edgar made some fantastic drinks. Highly recommend!
Amazing food and service. The fusion of flavours was incredible. The owner and executive chef provided fabulous recommendations. We were celebrating a birthday so our party enjoyed complementary whiskey shots and sang along to a happy birthday song played across the restaurant. Highly recommend dinning at this restaurant.
Overall food was good but the value for money was very bad. We booked a table through open table for Valentine's Day but weren't informed that they would only have a special menu. The special menu was 100$ min per person and in my mind was too much for the experience and food we got. Also charging 22% tip for 2 people and accidentally billing for an item that wasn't supposed to be billed (which was thankfully corrected) all led to a very poor experience.
Went there with my coworkers at first, and now this place became one of my favorite sushi restaurants near SF area. Really delicious and authentic food, awesome staff.

Exquisite food and wonderful service. Food is presented beautifully and it tastes even better. We were lucky enough to be served by the chef. Def the place if you want to experience your meal and not “just eat”.

Servers were friendly and attentive. Menu has so many options it's amazing. Fish is fresh. There is an entire section for vegan or vegi options which is special at a sushi restaurant.
We had high hopes to have good sushi here but sad to say we left disappointed. The “chef's choice” nigiri left much to be desired. The sushi rice wasn't properly seasoned. The 10 nigiri pieces comprised of only 5 types of fish, 2 pieces of each type; we - maybe naively - expected all 10 pieces to be different, especially considering the price. Additionally, one of the pieces contained so much connective tissue that it was inedible. This made for an unexceptional sushi experience. The cooked foods, which others at our table had, looked good. The black cod entree, while somewhat petite, was plated beautifully. The chicken “karaage” was tasty but more batter than chicken. We had been curious about I Prive for a while but sad to report we won't be returning.
This is great Japanese food and sushi. Recommend hamachi carpaccio and really anything on the menu. Service is a little disjointed, but still decent. Drinks are great too. Chef could do less guest fraternization, but if he's the reason the food is so good, whatever. The value is really good here, but another annoyance is that the menus and the tables are "sticky" - this is maybe not to say "not clean", but noticeable and shows staff is not instructed properly.
Amazing sushi rolls and specialty dishes. Stan gave great recommendations and treated you like you are the only one in the restaurant. Be sure to sit at the bar. All the flavors were amazing.Favorite sushi dishes were the 007 and A-1 Tuck. The Josh was a superb signature dish.
