These sandwiches are amazing! We live in East Tennessee, but heard from a friend who frequently visits Yosemite. When we went we had these there and then the following year after we decided to visit Yosemite again we flew into San Francisco, and knew their shop was here, so I thought this place was a must to visit, before going to the woods. We've even had these shipped to us twice to Tennessee!!! Absolutely wonderful treats!

Incredible (wholesale) prices and some hard-to-find flavors of one of my all-time favorite treats, Its-Its. I was able to get a full-sized cappuccino treat, a box of mini mint ones, and a couple of stickers for less than $10. (None of those are available at my local stores in Los Angeles.) I carried them onto my flight at SFO a short while later. It can be a little tricky to find this spot based on the address. Go to the end of the block and look for the big sign. They have a few parking spots right out front.

Always 5 stars. Make sure you bring a cooler (they can also sell you cooler and ice) or can put the ice cream sandwiches in the freezer within 30 minutes.

Love's going to the shop and finding out that it's it's made other ice creams I didn't know about. Really disappointed that they didn't have green tea despite it being advertised on the website

I was visiting from out of town and always wanted to visit IT’S-IT Ice Cream Factory. Man was impressed. The ice cream was amazing, but what really stood out was how the staff went out of their way to make it a great experience for me. They were super friendly, explained all the flavors, and made me feel right at home. If you’re a fan of ice cream this is definitely a vist.
