Great service and very good food. The large windows in the back of the dining room allow for a great view while dining. They live up to my expectations of a Landry restaurant.

I was so happy to stumble on Kincaids. Ive missed this restaurant since the Jack London Square location closed.

Quality has gone down. NY steak small portions. Crab dip kind of try and not much flavor. Ahi and scampi were pretty good. Floors were sticky and just didn't feel clean. Host was not very friendly, just got our name, took us to the table, dropped of the menus and left. Not like welcome or have a good dinner. Like we we bothering him for doing his job. Waiter was very nice and even moved our table due to sun beating down on us inside. Won't be coming back.

Overall poor customer service. From the moment we walked in, it was clear that hospitality was not a priority. We weren't greeted warmly, nor were we made to feel like welcomed guests. The atmosphere felt cold, and that sentiment was only reinforced by the behavior of several staff members—not just one. There was a general lack of attentiveness, and interactions felt rushed or indifferent at best, dismissive at worst. We tried to remain patient and give the benefit of the doubt, but as the meal went on, it became evident that this was a pattern, not a one-off. It's disappointing because the location and menu had potential, but the poor service made it difficult to enjoy the overall experience. Great food can't compensate for a lack of hospitality, and unfortunately, that was the case here.

I absolutely loved every dish we tried and definitely recommend the steak with crab! We also ordered the lobster mac and cheese seared scallops, the sampler plate is a must try! Service is great, the views are amazing! I recommend for any occasion.

While the view of the ocean etc is beautiful here, the food is mediocre. Had the surf and turf which ran $99. A bit pricey and my lobster was raw and not properly grilled. Filet mignon was small and no flavor really. Other than that good service but not worth the price.

Not the first time in this place and not the last. The location of this place is awesome, right on the waterfront across the SFO landing strip, so you can see a plane land there every 30 seconds! This time around we celebrated my father-in-law's 91st birthday! The blackened chilean sea bass was outstanding! I highly recommend this place for it's location and excellent menu variety!

The setting is lovely, but the interior could use some love. The veneers in several places around the seating areas are cracking and it just looks worn and tired. It's a shame since the location right on the water is really nice. The food was mixed. The wine list was good. The salad was not noteworthy. My seafood was fine, but my wife's steak was overcooked and not pleasant. For service, we were rushed to order quickly as soon as we were seated and then the only time he was really attentive was when pushing the Lawry's dinner club membership. Overall, unfortunately not a great experience.

Celebrating my birthday, we got there early and were hoping to go in the bar and have a cocktail, but the bar was closed to a private party! Very disappointed!! I fell in love with the restaurant again, the location is the best. The restaurant looked a little tired, needed carpet cleaning desperately. A fresh coat of paint would do wonders. We loved our waiter T-pop, he was great! The food was a little cold, but still delicious! Thank you, Diana
