This place has a cute and cozy vibe! We tried the berry brulee toast and matcha Lavender latte, both of which were excellent. This is a self service Cafe and might be slightly crowded on the weekends. I look forward to try their platters and tea selections next time! ?

Cute ambience and friendly staff, I didn't order food, only a drink. The matcha rose latte was average (~$7). It gets busy, hard to find seating on weekends. Order first at counter then seat yourself. The counter is located in the middle and the seating circles the counter. Limited outdoor seating.

Excellent breakfast place with quite a lot of great options and great coffee. Usually it's one or the other and this has both. The toasts are great and the granola options are also tasty and well presented. Huge plus that it's got spacious seating and easy parking.

Such a cute and cozy place. Really well priced for an afternoon tea considering what you get. I'd recommend getting the whole tea pot instead of individual cups of tea that were defaulted when we ordered. The Earl Grey was elegantly floral with hints of malt, but the white coconut cream tea was a bit bland and lacked in complexity. The delicious food definitely made up for it with all the savory bites (4 choices). Took a couple stars off for service since some of the plates and utensils had brown marks. Food was dropped off without indicating what anything was and at the corner of the table. Generally not a big deal, but every other afternoon tea I've been to would do so.

Very disappointing. Food was cold and without any flavor. The waffles are obviously made well in advance and not at all what you would expect for the price. This was my third and last visit to this noisy, crowded and inattentive eatery.

Service was good. Very helpful and attentive staff. Unfortunately the food was a bit of a let down. It was ok. I thought the avocado toast would be toasted since it said toast. It was just plain ok white sour dough bread that was not toasted and hard to cut. Waffle was pretty but just ok and a small portion for the price. Coffee was very good.Tables are very close together. It was ok for us as it wasn’t crowded. If it’s crowded you will be eating with your neighbor.

Lovely brunch spot with good coffee and lots of sweet and savory choices. Portions and prices are reasonable, and because it's counter style, service is very fast. There are lots of tables so even though it's very popular on weekends, it's possible to get a table easily.

Great place for a drink and food! Pricier than most places and a bit noisy, but if you can deal with that and occasionally a long wait for both ordering and a table, it’s a fun meeting spot.

The food here is absolutely delicious, but a little pricey for the amount that I got. I had the afternoon tea tower, which was a nice triple decker platter with 6 mini sweets, a scone with jam, and a toast sampler. The cafe itself, however, was very well furnished and made me feel very cozy and at home. The service was a little slow, but it was to be expected since the line was pretty long.Kid-friendliness: It's super kid-friendly here. There were kids with their moms and a group of teenagers in the corner of the cafe when I was eating there.

This place is mediocre at best. Very overrated and overpriced. Was surprised when the order literally came with just one egg (for $17). And the egg was cold. My order just wasnt that tasty overall. However, i really liked their soup. The latte was also warm at best. Finally, the guy who took our order seemed to have an attitude for some reason (however the rest of the staff seemed nice). The seating and vibes were really nice though. Wouldn’t necessarily go out of my way to go there again.

Location: near downtown Burlingame; street parking or a small public garage on Lorton Ave.Ambience: super cute and warm, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Indoor seating gets plenty of natural light for working. Food: wide selection of brunch foods & drinks - toasts (sweet & savory), waffles, sandwiches, salads and bowls. Very limited pastry selection as well as standard and specialty lattes. They also have holiday/seasonal menus featuring seasonal (think pumpkin space and peppermint flavors) drinks & food items.Definitely a cute option for coffee or a light brunch - good for both treat yourself solo dates or a friend. meetup! **Note: no laptops allowed on the weekends!
