I ordered a veggie pad Thai to go, and I almost broke my teeth when I took a bite because there were pieces of black shell in my food. The shell pieces look black on one side and pearlescent on the other side. Why are there shell pieces in my food? Couldn’t finish eating it.Sweet rice and mango tasted bad. Rice was so dense and seemed kinda old, it was hard to bite through. And mango was practically fermented. Pretty disappointed, and threw it away.

Do NOT order the "pad thai". It does not come with cilantro, peanuts, limes, or any tamarind sauce as a background flavor. I should have sent it back.Do not order the papaya salad, either. I found a tomato in my salad that had two huge black spots on it. Obviously they do not examine the tomatoes before slicing and putting them into the salad. They do not have filtered water. Burlingame tap water is not tasty. They do not have bottled water. The service was nice.

I love pad se-ew and order it everywhere. I would not recommend it here; nor the drunken noddles. Multiple issues. The angel wings were dry.We also ordered the eggplant with green curry and that was very good. But it could not compensate enough for the pad se-ew.

I liked the customer service but in all honesty the food was meh so so. Had the Pad Kee Mow, fried rice and the other thing I forgot. I wanted to like them more but the food was mediocre. Maybe the people who really like this place haven't had that much Thai food?

Awful food. Bland, watery, not much meat.

Very nice staff. Food is great. Small, quiet cozy atmosphere. The pumpkin curry is especially delicious.

Not bad but not anything to comment on. Really just okay. I wasn't necessarily happy about the food but I didn't hate it.

Very average in all regards. Service was only okay, not enthusiastic, friendly or helpful. The food was not bad exactly, but not anything positive to comment on. I feel like I could have made better at home, which is always a disappointing feeling to get when dining out since I'm not even very experienced with cooking. Really, Narin Thai is just okay. I didn't completely hate it, and food is food. But if I were in the area again with a group and someone wanted to go there, I'd insist on picking somewhere else.

Delicious, traditional Thai food. My favorite is their Pad Thai with fried Tofu. I always order green beans to go with it. They are cooked to perfection, not over or under cooked.I highly recommend this reataurant!

I've been coming here for many years but the food we got the other day definitely convinced me that it has seen its better days a long time ago. Most of the food we ordered were basic thai dishes but unfortunately, all the dishes were frozen / defrosted. They just added some (not so fresh) veggies to make it look the dish was just made. Its unfortunate because the owners are nice but it's really time for them to close shop and do something else... because cooking ain't it anymore. You can tell when resto owners are 'just not into it anymore'... I realize Covid and all makes it very difficult for small business owners but you still cant increase prices by 30%, cut your food portions by 30% and serve crap food. It was probably no one was inside when we came in (dinner time on the weekend).

Food were just below average and the chicken wings were for sure re-fried or from the day before . Price were a little high for the value and quality of the food. There were no customers when I picked up the to-go on a Saturday night at 6pm. I guess is Burlingame, that why the price is $$.If anyone is reading this, you should try Shin Thai in Daly City

Cute little Thai restaurant with some authentic Thai dishes. You may have walked by this place several times without noticing its footprint on the street. Inconspicuous restaurants often have delicious dishes, like this one. This place has had a loyal following of customers for many years. Narin is a recent re-discovery for me. My go-to is there red curry with pork with jasmine rice. The curry has a really nice balance of flavors with the right amount of heat along with an array of yummy fresh veggies mixed in. It's not too sweet and always piping hot. On a chilly day or when I'm starving, this place really hits the spot.If you want your dish really spicy, they will make it very spicy. I have yet to try their duck curry, pumpkin curry and crab dishes. Interesting menu: enough to keep the more adventurous eaters stimulated. Must-try if you're looking for quality, authentic Thai cuisine in Burlingame.

We stumbled upon Narin trying to avoid crowds in downtown Burlingame. Initially we were worried about the restaurant being empty when everywhere else was bustling. It filled up soon though.Let's be clear. This isn't a date spot. So the atmosphere naturally makes you believe you're going to taste some amazing Thai food. Unfortunately that isn't the case here. The food is slightly above average. To some degree, I'd say they barely can stay afloat. The satay was a bit dry, the soup a bit watery, and the Pad Thai a bit bland. We could definitely feel the home-style aspect of it but simply it wasn't able to overcome the mediocrity. Probably won't be returning. At least the prices were reasonable.
