My friend and I were really looking forward to coming back here — we’ve always liked this spot because they usually give great portion sizes and good deals for the price. But this visit was pretty disappointing.
The portion we got was way smaller than usual — definitely not the same value we’ve come to expect. We were also overcharged by a dollar, which added to the frustration. On top of that, the outside of the container was a little messy, and the service just wasn’t great — not rude, but not very friendly or helpful either.
We’re hoping this was just a one-time thing, because we used to really enjoy coming here. But this visit didn’t feel worth it.

Stopped by after a workout yesterday 6/1/25 and was VERY disappointed with the portion size. I have always been a fan of this location and their yummy açaí bowls but I ordered two bowls for pickup yesterday and was super disappointed. The base is only filled halfway up the container. The toppings don’t even go past the top of the container either. I compared this to a picture of an açaí bowl I had last month and it is a HUGE difference.
After spending $25 on two small “16 oz” bowls, left feeling ripped off and super unsatisfied. Do not recommend.

Came here for the first time and was severely disappointed. We came up to the front and were told that the kiosk was down and that we could order through the QR code. We decide to do that because it was our first time and we needed to look at the menu for a bit before putting our order in. However, when we finish our order online it says that they are not available it will not be available to pick up until around 40+ minutes after the order is placed. The place did not have any people at the moment so we go up to the front to tell them we ordered online but asked if we could have them make it sooner since we were already there and they were not busy. They agree to this and ask us for our order information. We give them the name that we ordered with as well as what we ordered. We ordered a medium make your own bowl and a warrior smoothie. They said they could not see the contents of our make your own bowl and asked us to repeat our order to them. We did as they asked and went to sit back down and wait for it to be made. An hour passes and we are still waiting. More people begun to come inside the store making it busier than earlier and we noticed that the people who just started ordering were getting their food before us. We went up again to ask if we can get a refund instead because we had to wait so long and that we did not want the food anymore. They showed us our order which was underneath the counter and said they made it earlier and called out the order number despite us giving them our name for the order twice. I did not have an order number to refer to and figured they would have just told us by our name because we already came up to them twice. It was already melted so we decided to just get our money back and not take the smoothie and bowl. There is a very severe understaffing problem at this location and I would not recommend it to anyone. The staff are also not very helpful, friendly, or cooperative with their customers. Never had I experienced this bad of customer service and I do not see myself coming back. Just go to Everbowl.

the menu screens over the counter have descriptions that are written so small they’re nearly impossible to read. then you order on a tiny ipad that only shows partial descriptions unless you click again. so it’s hard to know what you want or evaluate your options. no human interaction for the food. 👎🏼. granola is flavorless and could use some salt. and finally, the mango on mine was the hardest, unripest, fibrous mango i’ve had the misfortune to eat. also fairly destroyed pieces of soft furniture litter the main floor.

Okay, this was delicious! I built my own bowl and I love that they have this option. I am allergic to nuts but was able to make something for myself that was both delicious and satisfying. The protein oats are amazing and I couldn’t believe how tasty the whole thing was. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.
I got the build your own 3 times now in the last week or so - and I must say the last 2 times were better than the first. The first time I got mango and papaya and both were not good (the papaya was bitter and the mango bits were bad tasting, tough and just not yummy). So these last 2 bowls I stuck with strawberries blueberries banana and topped it with goji berries hemp seeds cacao nibs vegan granola and bee pollen — it was DELICIOUS 😍 and both people who helped me were so kind and sweet 🥰

Fresh and fun. Had so much fun building my own bowl! The options are incredible. Finally settled on a blue chia pudding, acai, and mango base topped with tons of fruit and toppings. So good! Love the fun waiting area. The servings are incredibly generous, so be careful what you order. A small made a great meal. Loved it!!

There were two groups of people in the store waiting to order their food. We are the first group standing right behind the customer who is currently taking orders from the machine. However, the tall blonde male staff directly taking orders for the second group of people and ignored us. Just simply ignored us. :( :( :(

Palmetto has grown so quickly! Their selection is amazing and reminds me of the açaí in Hawaii. My favorites are the Bay Blend and the Warrior smoothie. If you’re not a fan of their signature bowls, you can always customize your own!
