I love this place and the employees are such a great group of people. They all pitch in and if you are a regular as I am (Monday, Wednesday& Friday every week) they have your order ready for you when you arrive!!!
I have been a customer of Peet’s for 25 years so obviously I love their product. Reason for this review (in the Burlingame location) is based on one employee’s ‘above and beyond’ service. His name is Luis and I believe he is the manager. Thank you Luis for acutely understanding what it means to take care of your customer.
Slightly better than most Starbucks. Nothing stands out though.
Parking: Impossible to find parking on a weekend. Lots of public parking lots that accept quarters but just not enough parking.
