Unfortunately, I don't live in the SF area but when I come visit my family I'm at Philz the 1st thing next morning. I LOVE their dark blends in lattes AND their child brew is PHENOMENAL.
Philz is better than any other coffee shop I've ever been to and this includes their pastries as well as their coffee.

I go start my day here for work sometimes before my commute or at times for longer hours. I work outside a lot.

It's a pretty tiny space in the lovely downtown area of burlingame. Nice place to roam around.
