Great food & service. I asked for a dessert not on the menu, they were very accommodating!
The service was excellent. Very attentive staff. Decent old fashioned for drinks. The food was great. From the warm bread to the calamari, enjoyed the apps. Seafood linguine was very tasty and my wife lived the truffle mushroom ravioli. Very good dinner.
First time to saltyard. Excellent experience servers were awesome. Food was outstanding. Will be back soon.
The foods are delicious and in large quantities. The server is polite and attentive. Very good atmosphere. Will return for sure.
I had the skirt steak with mash and veggies. It had a delicious sweet marinade. My blood orange drop cocktail was spectacular. The service was top-tier! The waiters weren't hovering but kept a watchful eye on our needs. Food came very quickly. Reservations were not a problem. O will definitely return. Love Burlingame.
Best Paloma I've ever had. The blood orange drop was my first, and it was delicious. Both the food and drinks had excellent flavor and presentation, which was a pleasant surprise (usually a restaurant does one better than the other). The staff was welcoming, and the bartender, who seemed to also be the manager or owner, was especially friendly and accommodating. The vibe is great. My group of nine all enjoyed our meals, drinks, and the overall atmosphere. Highlights were the salmon and the mushroom bruschetta, both of which were very good.
As always the best skirt steak! I had the lunch special skirt steak/ceasar salad/dessert $38
We've been to Saltyard many times and it never disappoints! Drinks, food and service are amazing!!
Food not as good as in the past ..short ribs were not very tender, mushroom bruschetta not as good. Staff was overbearing....too many bussers coming over too often.. trying to take away plates the second they thought we were done.. which we weren't. We actually had to tell them to slow it down.. we felt very rushed even though the restaurant was 1/2 full. Then we had to ask our to have our bottle of wine (that we brought) opened so it could breathe three times. Still good but not the same as it used to be... also not busy for a Friday night at 6pm which surprised us.
The food was amazing and staff was so attentive, it was wonderful to see old traditional values still exist!

Food was great. Everything ordered was delicious. Don't sit at the table by the hostess booth. Blinded each time someone came in the door (which was often). We sat for dinner at 6:30ish. The glare from the sun kept producing this flash that would blind me. Someone w a seizure disorder would definitely have been triggered. Then it was too bright (it was about 730 and sun going down) I asked to lower the shades which my server did. However another server just put them back up. It was hard to enjoy dinner w these issues. Once the sun went down it was fine. Again food was great. Sticky toffee cake for dessert! The best!
The food was fresh, nicely prepared, and full of flavor. Portions were generous without being overwhelming, and everything arrived at the right temperature. Together with the great service, it guarantees that we will be back!
We had drinks at the bar, which were excellent, then dinner at a table. Great food (lamb shanks & skirt steak), both perfectly cooked, with really good sides. Service was really good, too. Minor nit - we ordered bread, which didn't come until we were almost done. It was being baked. However, it was really good, too. Overall, a great experience.
Host/waiter forgot to update system to account for my party's attendance to this reservation. Other than that everything was good
The food and overall experience were great. The main problem we encountered is that the menu prices for this restaurant on OpenTable were about 30% lower than the actual prices in the restaurant. I hope the restaurant or OpenTable will fix this.
