I am unclear why there is advertisement to join the rewards program if I am told they can not scan my phone with the scanners they have. I am unable to collect or use my points at this location, but there are stickers all over the place to join the rewards program.

The guy was unhappy doing the drink like it was the worst thing in the world. At the end looks like I am drinking water with caramel.
