I went in an ordered a 6.99 deal online. I had added special instructions which the guy did not follow I asked him nicely to remake it. He said he couldn’t remake it because he did not read the special instructions because he had another ticket. I had to keep saying it was his fault and he had to remake it or give me a refund. He makes my sandwich in a bad mood. Never coming here again!

Claims that she couldn’t accept my coupon I got in the mail FOR THIS LOCATION. So I placed an order online with the same coupon she said she couldn’t accept and it went through… she is currently making my food. I’m not sure what happened after 2020 but nobody has any customer service anymore. How can you not accept a coupon YOUR company sent out in the mail for people to use. She did not say hi nor greet us when we got to the counter

This is the fourth time that the owner of the store charge me extra for a sandwich the first three times I let it go cuz I thought it could be a mistake but honestly people be aware coming to this place the lady working at this location over charge for sandwiches ask for a hot shot Italiano and they charge you for a different sandwich 18.34 instead of the regular place I could be wrong but four times I don't know

This subway is poorly run. The service is very poor. They are very cheap with the ingredients. They do not accept any coupons. This is the worse subway ever.

My go to place! Love subways and the customization options they offer! I preorder in their app and it always is ready by the time I arrive for pick up. Just love it! Use the app to customize your subs, it gonna help you alot if you are shy like me ?

Everything wrong on the order. Everything except the sub itself. Wrong bread, toppings, toasted when I asked if not to be. I don't think I've ever had a more screwed up order.
