My favorite tea spot in the area by far. Since discovering it a year ago I have not tried anything else. Their jasmine tea is my go to. Mango jasmine or jasmine milk tea. Strawberry matcha is also pretty good. I do 50% sweet on the mango one and 75% on the other two. Their boba is always so good. Only thing I wish is that there was someone to talk to when ordering so you could bring reusable cups.

Facility is nice, service is efficient, checkout process is easy. The drink I chose was Dubai Chocolate Frostie. It was very diluted and had no semblance to Dubai Chocolate. Save yourself the disappointment and get something else.

Vivian forgot to put sugar in my drink one day, and another day the other staff made me a strawberry tea instead of strawberry Yakult as I ordered.

All the other days are fine. I’m a regular (almost daily) customer. Just wanna let you know to pay a little more attention.

One of the best boba tea shops in the Bay

My favorite boba spot. I like the matcha freeze and I add boba. The mochi version is good too. I’d recommend without the red bean for my taste. Their other styles of milk tea are great too.

Huge disappointment, I paid for the order through QR in the store, has been charged, but they just “don’t see the order”. The only advice from the manager - to try again, buy one more time

I've been here multiple times now and drive out of my way to get boba from here. Everything I've gotten so far has been amazing, including the taro milk tea, the matcha milk tea, and the jasmine milk tea. The Thai milk tea is good but similar to any other place. The service has been quick every single time that I've been. I come here for the great quality taste and for the reliable, fast service. And it is super reasonably priced.

wide selection of drinks and interesting options, very high quality tapioca pearls. a nice alternative to other places i’d recommend everyone stop by!

Extremely terrible service. They forgot to make our order, made us wait for 15+ mins, while 10+ orders behind us were already served. Upon first inquiry, they said it was still being made. Upon second inquiry, they said they needed payment approval :) Despite having payment record via credit card transaction records, we left without a drink.

(Now that I’ve seen the reply below, I am more convinced it is a service quality problem as opposed to a one-off incident.)
