I was served raw chicken the other night and while the employees were apologetic it seems as if it’s out of their control to issue refunds and they have to go through a customer support service. I do not understand why it’s so complicated and the higher ups shouldn’t be making it so hard for employees to refund and customers to get their money back.

The employees were friendly, but the food itself was not great. My chicken seemed to still be a bit raw and the bread was really hard. I stopped eating since I was worried about getting sick from the raw chicken. I probably won't be back since a bowl was about 15 dollars and since you pay extra for chicken, having it be undercooked, just wastes my money. Hopefully I don't end up sick. Will update if I do.

I love sweetgreen but really disappointed this location is set up so you cant make your bowl alongside a person like chipotle and instead uses a little screen.

I'm writing a review about this company..I was hired to work at the Shelby township location .I'm much older then all of the employees I feel because of my age I had a target on my back .please don't support this company by buying their food. They don't support people over the age of 50 to work for them .and they hire employees that are all best friends that is a disvantage for new employees coming in the company to work .I had told the manager at the Shelby township store I didn't really think mean girls and men didn't exist anymore but they are mean girls

Its a fine sweetgreen but like others in the chain struggle with how much dressing to put for heavy - if you ask for heavy in person they'll do you right, but if you get takeout it's never enough dressing. Three stars for my super dry Fish Taco bowl for pickup.
