We had a great time celebrating my birthday. The live music was a nice surprise and very enjoyable too. Server was friendly and took great care of us. Food, especially the appetizers were tasty . Overall, Pulpo is a fun neighborhood restaurant and wine bar! We will return!

Lovely neighborhood gem. We enjoyed our dinner with tasty grilled octopus as an appetizer followed by my turkey burger and my husband's risotto with duck. Both dishes were delicious and plenty. The selection of wines is amazing and I would highly suggest this restaurant to everyone. We will be back. Plus, they have a full lunch special for only $25.00. Can't get better than that!

Our party of 4 had a fabulicious evening at Pulpo! Great variety of scrumptious Spanish/pan-Mediterranean taste treats. Service was excellent, friendly, unrushed. And the wine selections were very well-curated. Salud!

Hip and trendy tapas and wine menu with good selection of both. We shared a special tapas and a flatbread. The flatbread was not as crispy as we would have liked. Perhaps too many toppings? Or they were rushed with a large party in the dining room? The wait staff was very attentive, and we enjoyed the evening.

Appreciate they have a good variety of foods on the menu. Good balance of appetizers, entrees, salads & tapas. No complaints, the place good ambiance, the seating is comfortable, good attentive servers. Street parking is easy. Definitely return for it being tapas restaurant with good menu options.

We had another great meal at Pulpos! My husband and I split the house salad, bbq flatbread bread appetizer and the seafood special entree. Salad fresh and full of goodies. Flatbread had a lot of chicken, peppers etc, ended up boxing half of it. The seafood specials are always very good and Saturday night was as delicious as the others we've had before. And, the presentation was beautiful! It was grilled scallops and shrimp on bamboo skewers over jasmine rice, so good.

Service was excellent. Our server continually checked on us and worked the bar although it was busy. All throughout, she was very friendly and quick to bring us whatever we needed. The Grilled Pulpo was the highlight of the menu.

On a Sunday evening, it was quiet, with excellent service We shared the sampler platter (grilled shrimp, empanadas, calamari, patatas bravas, caprese crostini, octopus), ceviche, and a flat bread. There was enough for all of us. The food and drinks were all excellent. I appreciated the wine list which included several flights. The Spanish wine flight was great and included 1 white & 2 reds. We will definitely go back.

We have eaten at Pulpo a few times before and the food was always good. This time everything was underwhelming. Shrimp Gumbas way overcooked. 3 rib eye steaks were all unseasoned and tough. Crab cakes were very dry. My wife liked her sea bass special but everything else was blah. It seemed like the kitchen was struggling to get the food out in unison. Disappointing

I wish I could leave a positive review, but the food experience was less than optimal. We ordered a variety of tapas and were disappointed in 3 out of 4. The ceviche lacked flavor and needed both acid and salt. Since ceviche is “cooked” in lime and lemon juice, I have no idea how this missed, but it was bland. I asked for some Maldon or flaky salt but was told they didn't have any. The burrata was flavorless and once it's heated, turns firm like mozzarella. I really had to search for the truffle oil flavoring that was advertised. The calamari fritti was good, but not spectacular. Again, I found it to be bland. The Pulpo was grilled perfectly, though the chorizo was in tiny raisin-sized pieces. The red sangria was delicious. The value just isn't there. Maybe I caught them on an off night; my advice is save your money and go elsewhere

Came here with my mom for a nice dinner. We each ordered a flight which came with very generous pours. We then shared the Brussel sprouts, shrimp, and patatas bravas and it was plenty of food for the 2 of us. We even had leftovers to take with us. Delicious food and nice ambiance. We will definitely be back.

Nice ambience and wine selection. We got there at 8:55 for a 9 pm reservation and didn't realize when we where seated that the kitchen was doing last call in 5 min, so felt a little rushed. They have an extensive found menu. We ordered a few apps that were nicely presented but I felt that the cost was rather high for what we received. Perhaps we would have felt different if we had orderded entrees.

Super friendly and accommodating team, excellent wine and tapas selections and a great atmosphere. Seemed like a mix of locals and visitors. Cool neighborhood Italian vibe but upscale service. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great lunch special menu. It was noisy because there were two large tables filled. Had been there before when only a couple of tables were occupied and it was pleasant. Food and service excellent. Will return and hope it is not so noisy.
