Super friendly and accommodating team, excellent wine and tapas selections and a great atmosphere. Seemed like a mix of locals and visitors. Cool neighborhood Italian vibe but upscale service. Will definitely be visiting again.

Great lunch special menu. It was noisy because there were two large tables filled. Had been there before when only a couple of tables were occupied and it was pleasant. Food and service excellent. Will return and hope it is not so noisy.

We love coming here. The owners and staff are warm and pay attention to details. Everything we've had has been yummy. We had the sea bass fish special so delicious, sea bass so most and flavorful, the veggies so good too.

Great neighborhood spot in Burlingame at the right scale. The food was good, especially the tapas selection and flat bread. Would recommend for a special night out locally or a destination for a weary traveler from the airport.

I ate here for a work lunch. The lunch special is unbelievable; salad or soup, entree, and gelato for dessert at a cost of $20! That is unheard of in this area. My salmon entree was delicious, topped with fresh, cooked corn (off the cob), cilantro and other spices and herbs. My colleagues also had the lunch special, but ordered the cheese ravioli as their entree and loved it. Our service was phenomenal!!! The chocolate gelato had chunks of chocolate in it and was yummy! I'm headed back to this restaurant again FOR SURE!

Met my brother for the holidays @ the bar. We started with a lush red wine flight. I think it was the Zinfandel we liked a lot. We accompanied with empanadas which were our faves & patatas bravas. Followed by entrees chick Dijon & chick penne. The penne was the favorite. Chick Dijon sauce was good and the asparagus wrapped in pancetta way salty. Only disappointment no flan, my absolute fave. Lady that sat at table next to bar was so clumsy hitting us coming in & leaving. Other than that lady, we had a good time.

We had a very special pre Christmas Eve dinner. The restaurant was decorated so beautifully. The owner and staff made us feel warm and welcome. We shared the beet salad and hadc2 of the specials. Mahi with chimichurri sauce and rolled stuffed chicken breast, both a feast for the eyes and our tummies, so good.

Versatile and casual place for friends get-together to meal w the kids. The pulpo and calamari are fantastic starters and the paella is one of the most authentic in the Bay Area. Try it!

The ambiance is fine, and the space is nice. The Menu is confusing as this is not, I repeat, NOT a tapas bar. Ribs, Tacos, Burgers, Pasta, and flatbreads make this place an unfocused Menu. They are trying to please everyone like a diner menu would. If that is the idea, please don't sell yourself as a "Tapas" bar. Also, the quality of the dishes was right out of Costco Business: croutons and bottled dressing on a Ceaser that felt like I got it at an airport. The "Spanish" tapas were just totally mediocre. They rely on premade items plated nicely but not made from scratch at all!

I rarely post bad reviews but in this case I really feel the need to. If it were not for the service, I would rate this as a 1 star. We ordered the sampler where only the octopus and the patatas bravas were semi-decent. Everything else - the calamari, empanada and shrimp were completely tasteless. A separate order of the Gambas Ajillo was really bad - overcooked shrimp and very pungent sauce. A complete disappointment.

Really great find in Burlingame. Love that they have a wide variety of things to choose from and will definitely go back when I am in the area again. Great food, friendly service and nice atmosphere. A little pricey, but lots of options.

We had a batch of Blue Point oysters that had a terrible smell and tasted like chlorine water. Something was clearly not right. They did take the oysters off the bill but it certainly dampened the experience and made us concerned for food safety.

The service is outstanding as usual. The staff is extremely attentive and courteous. Except for the angus slider which was served warm and the Cornish hen that was buried in ‘bbq' sauce, the rest of our dishes were excellent.

The food was delicious and reasonable, very nice service the only thing that took away from a perfect evening was the noise level. Could be that we had a really loud table behind us, but we had to strain to hear each other talk.

The mushroom flatbread with truffle oil, cheese and arugula was delicious. I've had better gambas. The grilled pulpo was served with chorizo bits and roasted potatoes on a bed of something called romesco sauce which I liked, and a lemon vinaigrette which was a tad too acidic for our taste. Didn't quite hit the spot. The churros were excellent, just the way I liked it done-Spanish style - light and simple, with a thick chocolate sauce on the side, for dipping and a scoop of gelato for that added joy! We came in at 3 pm so it wasn't crowded; the service was quick and friendly. Will come back to try other items on the menu, for sure!
