Unfortunately there isn’t any sit down area, but their prices make up for it - esp on Tpumps Tuesday where you get a free upgrade. My favorite drink is the green tea - peach rose lemon w honey boba and light ice and sweetnessWithout light sweet the drink could be too sugary since the boba is honey boba which adds to the sugar content

The tea taste is too bland, artificial chemical flavors are used for seasoning, I don’t like it, the pearls are too soft and not elastic, and the CP value is not high.

Too Sweet!!! I ordered light sweetness, but still too sweet to me. Light sweetness = 120% sweetness. Maybe the boba has sugar which makes it sweeter. Next time will try without boba. If you are looking for fresh flavor milk tea. This place is probably not the right place. All the flavors are delivered from syrups.

Horrible new cups that can't stand pressure on top of that their new lids come out with the touch of your finger tips you are better off not getting a drink that's going to spill all over your car because of this new horrible lids. Thanks now I gotta get a detailed in my leather

This place is one of the first real tea boba place in the Bay Area. The shop is cute, and the service is efficient. The tea is really good! I really enjoyed it. Ordering could be a little overwhelming, but once you find something you like it is totally worth the hassle.I quite enjoy the drinks there, and I would go back again sometime.

Yummy inventive flavors like the Salted Caramel Cookie Dough boba tea. Only $5 for the regular size, which is still a big cup that includes honey boba. Light sweetness is still pretty sweet, FYI.

I was here last month with my cousins. I live is Washington btw. The boba tea is BOMB!!! The service is average (by that I mean that they aren't asking about your day and stuff). The street is packed with people on weekends. The shops nearby are great as well.
They have great specialty drink options. Rose Vanilla Green Milk Tea is a catch! Matcha Oat Milk Tea had a sour after taste.

Sensational. I lost my Tpumps virginity. After checking out all of the cool restaraunts that the area has to offer, we stopped by really quick after dinner. I was kinda overwhelmed since there are so many variations & customizable options to choose from. Luckily, I had my cousin guide me on what's she's ordered in the past. I always choose lavender at a boba shop when it's offered so I asked the cashier what goes well with it & she suggest rose. I was so impressed! It was the perfect soft floral tea with milk, sugar and boba. I will come again to try new things. The line was getting long but the drinks came out quick. The menu is huge and behind the counter. Yum!! I'm glad I finally got to see what the hype is all about.
