Ordered popcorn chicken and curly fries to go. While the popcorn chicken was fine, the curly fries were burnt and barely filled half the box. I paid full price for a tiny portion of inedible food. It’s astounding that anyone thought this was acceptable to serve to customers. Definitely will not be returning.

This has been happening numerous times at this location so I finally decided to write a review. I ordered 15 min ahead and the pickup time was estimated to be 1:08 PM. When I asked the workers about my order, it seemed as though they only just then remembered my order and began to make it. They told me 3 minutes, but I ended up picking up my order at 1:18 and was late to another commitment. I tried it, and the fries were undercooked. Another time I ordered and it took them 25 min to make chicken. I don’t think these things should take this long and it honestly makes me not want to buy from here again. Another time a few months ago when the chicken sandwich was on the menu, after I ordered it I learned that they burned the chicken and had to remake it. Although I know this is human error, I ended up having to wait 30 min for my chicken sandwich. Overall, if I wanted to wait 20-30 min for food I could just go to a sit down restaurant and order there. I hope this location can improve their time for making the food.

Happy new year ume. I love the matcha latte. The sweetness is just on point, not overly sugary, so you can fully taste the authentic tea flavor. U guys used to play music like keshi and sombr in the store which I enjoy listening while waiting for order. I kinda miss that.

They gave a lot of toppings for the boba black milk tea 👍🏻I love the popcorn chicken, they are fresh and crunchy. The tanghulu yogurt deserves a raise in price ngl.

The matcha drink here is an absolute delight—rich, earthy, and perfectly balanced. The staff is all very friendly. When I ordered, there was only a girl with glasses working there, but she made the drink really fast. She crafted the matcha with such care and precision, making sure every detail was just right. The order came out in less than a minute.

The black milk tea at UME is truly delightful and worth every penny, it’s not that sweet and fits my tastes. The staffs are INCREDIBLY nice and kind. The girl in brown hair helped me out explaining each toppings in the drink in Russian to make sure I understood fully, she gave me a goated recommendation. The guy with glasses was polite and patient when taking my order, he made the drink very fast and accurate. i think they worth a raise.

I used to order their fried chicken often. It was quite tasty. And I stopped going all together. After I bit on a piece of fried chicken with foreign object in it. It was a piece of metal wire so I could only imagine it’s probably from the metal scrub the store used to clean.
