Tasty and healthy food on the Avenue that’s reasonably priced - wow! I’ve eaten here for lunch and dinner and have enjoyed both meal times. Interior is contemporary, bright, clean and comfortable. Stumbled across this location after searching "healthy restuarant near me". (Visiting on vacation from western KY, Southern IL region, I travel ALOT and hard to find true healthy places to eat at times)Immediately upon arrival, I was greeted by 2 nice looking men along with the soft music and clean appearance of the restuarant, I knew I would like this place. I decided on the Miso Salmon bowl. YUMMY! light, refreshing, the grain portion was just the right amount (not a large heavy portion) which balanced well with all of the other ingregriants. Salmon was cooked properly, not dried out. I splurged and got a glass of wine in which it complimented the salad.Thanks for having a great place to eat!

I had the steak sandwich, husband had the spicy chicken sandwich and daughter had chicken fingers. Everything was noticeably fresh, very well seasoned and cooked. Absolutely delicious. We all cleaned our plates!

We came at 2:45 to an empty restaurant since the lunch rush was over. Placed simple orders of 2 sandwiches. It’s now 3pm as I write this and food hasn’t arrived. Unreasonably slow service considering we were the only customers.UPDATE: Finally had a chance to taste the food. Have to add another star because the steak sandwich I ordered was really good. Steak was tender, right amount of arugula and aoili. I also added another star for the service because of the staff's quick response to my earlier review and how they rectified the situation. Kudos to them for that effort. Very much appreciated.
The food was good. Me and my family enjoyed the food, and everything had a good portion. The service was also very good, and the workers were very nice. Although, the food took a while. Otherwise, It felt like a very cozy place, I would definitely recommend.
