Great tasting food. Samon was very nice. Let down a little by only 1 member of staff working the bar, resteraunt and take away orders. He was working very hard so no complaints there!

I asked for a lot of customizations and for items not explicitly on the menu, and they indulged my requests, selfish as they were. Excellent service.

The menu was absolutely not what was shown on the Crown Plaza website.
Very limited, and nothing worth ordering.

Menu isn’t anything like what is advertised online. Burger was cold and the cheese wasn’t even melted. It appeared to have been cooked previously and had been sitting around for a WHILE. Cocktails from the bar were sub par, better off ordering wine or beer. Heard a woman behind us say the soup was horrible. Better off walking up the street to the restaurant at the Hyatt.

Tuesday night. Sat at the bar. Overwhelmed server running the bar and tables, but friendly and doing his best. Food was slow to come and was cold when they served it. Wings were processed with heavy batter. Hamburger patty also processed yet bland. Fries were cold. Ketchup served in packets. Definitely a place you settle for if you're traveling and don't want to leave the hotel. Definitely motivated me to drive out and find a real restaurant for night 2 of my stay.

Parking: Parking lot is the hotel parking. The dilapidated parking attendant booth has a gate arm that just stays open. They charge guests to park their car but i don't think they monitor it.

Kid-friendliness: Kids options. Family restaurant in a hotel.

Wheelchair accessibility: It's an IHG hotel so there is compliance with ADA requirements.

On a drizzly morning, the restaurant under the hotel is undoubtedly a good choice. The omelet was quite delicious and the fries were fried and crispy. The waiter was also very nice and gave us more orange juice.

This place haven't updated the menu since covid. Three options for dinner that look like microwave meals. If I could of left a zero star I would have. I choose this place because of the online menu. So disappointing.
