They advertised a very specific thing, I wanted that thing, I bought it, and it was it was exactly what I wanted. The bean burrito with rice was solid. There was also a knockoff Mario claw machine which was really great to see.
Passing through from Napa to San Diego & we were craving Mexican food. Looked up on Google, it was hard to find recent reviews, found a few, took a chance & it was really good. I ordered combo plate with 2 enchiladas, 1 beef & 1 cheese to hedge my bets. Get 2 beef! it’s slow braised beef that melts in your mouth. Based on reviews, we took a short drive from the 5 freeway, drove to Buttonwillow & enjoyed a relaxing lunch. We ordered tortas (1 pastor & 1 chicken) at the counter & got an assortment of salsas & pickled vegetables while we waited. The food was great, service was pleasant & the simple restaurant was clean & comfortable. This was a nice break from the freeway and fast food. ☺️
