Slowest drive thru I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a soda and waited several minutes at the window waiting to be handed the drink. It appeared that the person working the window was also taking orders and that was the priority.
Grand Hyatt has been GRAND so far. Friendly staff who answered all my questions so far. We are here for a concert and will be staying for 3 days. I'll keep posts up to date when necessary.
