I would have given infinite stars if I could to this location..because of the kindest person we got!!
They ran out of oatmilk yesterday when I went to the store but Angelica frothed for me almond, soy & coconut milk to taste n decide if we wanted to go for any. I chose half n half as none of them worked out for me..and highly appreciate her doing the hard work!
It was a long road trip and she was super friendly and patient. Very attentive!

The ugliest caramel drizzle I've seen. Paid extra for caramel drizzle and I don't even see it.

Got some coffee here on the way to San Francisco from LA for a short break. I must say that the store was exceptional! It was very clean and the staff was amazing. Rachelle, who took my order, was very sweet, friendly, and just.wholesome. As I sat contemplating the rest of my trip for a moment, it was a pleasant experience to be able to chat with Jules, who seemed to enjoy her work prepping the dining area. The feeling of being at home was palpable because of the people—An experience uncommon in large Corporate chains.

Terrible service!! I ordered 5 different coffees and they gave me what they wanted. I asked for the order again as it was initially and the man made an angry face, he prepared the coffees slamming the refrigerator door, the blender and finally I got the wrong order again. I definitely do not recommend it.
It was ok....but the employees were not the most motivated, especially the one at the baking station.
Literally just came from this outlet. Probably the first customer. Ordered 3 drips, 2 with cream and splenda, and 1 black no room. Whoever came to work waking up on the wrong side of the bed filled the black to the brim that it spilled. It was so hot it scalded me. I was driving and we almost got into a car accident. I just wanted coffee. Hope whoever you are you have a great day, and that you feel better about having to work there. GOD bless you.

I came in on a Sunday afternoon I was feeling down and blue and I wanted something refreshing to uplift myself and I recall how Starbucks stuff had always made me feel so uplifting with their messages and their customer service. I wanted to try their new summer beverage and just so you guys know I’ve been a loyal customer for years, and they have always made me feel so good about their messages they write on the cup BUT today i stopped by at the Buttonwillow location and this barista I think her name is Esmeralda did as she pleased with my request, I wanted a uplifting message and she gave me the total opposite to be honest with you I don’t think I’ll be coming to this location, I am so heart broken with this lack of service I don’t not recommend to come to this location especially when ESMERALDA OR ESPERANZA did as she pleased or is working working. I’m probably miss judging her but she didn’t fulfill my expectations with my drink and the customer service I have always got served with. - LA county, never coming back😭💔😫

We usually visit this location on our roadtrips, it is always hit or miss, last time they were closed due to remodeling, this time they only serviced online or drive thru ordering, no acces to bathrooms or indoor sitting area. Breakfast sandwich was carelessly made mess, with pesto sauce smeared all over the bag.

Major rest stop area with EV charging, but this Starbucks claims their indoor payment systems don’t work and they physically blocked access to the bathrooms. Drive thru or mobile orders only…. Makes stopping here pointless.
