If you ask for a cup of ice with your drink the best you can get is a grande. No idea why, they aren’t that busy and a tiny store. You can do better that this one at the next stop.They were a bit put out that I asked them for a full cup of ice too, it was only half full. Apparently there is a severe ice shortage here.

Seriously, I asked for a venti strawberry acai lemonade LIGHT ICE. Got on my car and off I go. After finally being on the road I took a couple of sips of my drink. Cup of full of ice and hardly liquid. Waited all day to enjoy my drink to get fully disappointed.

Helpful staff! While they said Frappuccino is not vegan they blended for me their spring special drink “Lavender & Matcha Oat Cream Latte” and it was as cooling and delicious on a hot day with its crushed ice - exactly what I needed! Thank you!Dietary restrictions: Vegan

As always, the food and drink were predictable and just what I needed. The store was clean, but the layout just causes a foot traffic jam inside the store, loss of a star for that. The staff was friendly and helpful.I felt like I was in line trying to board an international flight, though. I think the flow can be better though out at this obviously busy location.
