The taco meat was overcooked, and the truck next door had better for 25 cents cheaper. We bought it side by side to try it. The tacos were in the name of the truck, so it was unfortunate that it wasn't as good. The tamale were a saving grace as it was nice and moist with a nice sweetness to it.
I travel to Los Angeles, CA at least once a week.I stopped in May 2023 and their food is as described very authentic, warm and delicious.I had a Carne Asada Plate and the Asada was seasoned good to taste a big plus tortillas echas a mano (handmade tortillas)
The tacos and the coffee (with cinnamon) were very good. 4 stars because the service was very slow! Almost an hour waiting just for three tacos and coffee.Let's hope better the speed of the service without diminishing the quality. Recommended if you are not in a hurry.
