In my opinion, the best Indian food in CA. I am a great home cook, so my standards are high. This one hit my taste buds in a way that reminded me of home! The fish pakoras were crisp on the outside and juicy on the inside. The matar paneer and the chicken tikka masala were the best I have ever tasted in restaurants. What left me amazed was the kulcha, crisp on the outside with the inside as soft as the insides of fresh baked bread. And it stayed that way even when cold.
I always stop by here whenever I visit SoCal. the staff is friendly and quick to seat you and take your order. I always order the chicken tikka masala(extra spicy), raita, and garlic naan and it hits the spot every time!! I swear they have the best chicken tikka masala out of the countless Indian restaurants I've been too. I'm not sure if he's the owner or not but the older gentleman with the short hair is so sweet and funny and always tries to accommodate my modifications....
Very friendly staff. If you are looking for proper Indian feeling, come to this place. Definitely recommend this place. This place also has a mini grocery store with a lot of indian products. Love this place!
