In the middle of nowhere, there is this place that sales good pupusas, they work very fast to make them, the area is nice because I feel secure.
The best food in the road everything is very delicious and good price
Amazing pupusas. The flowers pupusa were great
Awesome chicken quesadilla! Jalepeno Papusa was so good!!
The pupusa combo plate was a satisfying lunch for two. They offer a variety of vegetarian-friendly pupusa fillings. The crispy cheese bits and curtido were particularly delicious. This was a great find after stopping by the nearby EV chargers!
The pupusas are great. This is the very best stop on the 5. Dine at picnic tables and then right back on the road.

They used to make good pupusas a couple of years ago but they changed cooks and the pupusas are not that good anymore

4 stars because they were a little slow on the day that we came. This is a food truck so the atmosphere and ambiance isn't much to write home about. We ordered the Al pastor and carne asada tacos and the loroco/cheese and jalapeno/cheese pupusas. The tacos were good, the Al pastor was obviously better than the asada. Among the pupusas, the loroco was interesting because the taste reminded me of what jasmine flowers smell like. There was lots of cheese in both pupusas and they were fat and stuffed. I liked the jalapeno/cheese a lot and thought they could've added more jalapenos. The accompanying sauces were good but the coleslaw was just average. This is a great road side stop if you want good Salvadoran food. They have open air parking right next to the truck. Just be prepared for whatever the weather is going to be like.

My husband is a truck driver, we stayed at Studio 6 (after a long day of driving), we wanted something other than fast food, so we walked over to this place. We both ordered the caldo de res (to go). This picture is one order. I wish I knew it was so big, I think we could've shared one. Anyway, it was so delicious! The meat and veggies were huge slices and so filling. Both containers were filled to the brim (before i took the picture). We ended up eating one for dinner, and we'll probably eat the other for breakfast before we get on the road again. Highly recommend. I know we will definitely be back again when we pass through Buttonwillow. Keep in mind it does take about 15-20 minutes for your order (depending on the line). We ordered then ran over to Arco while we waited, then it was ready when we got back. The only reason I gave 4 stars for atmosphere was because seating is outside and I was cold (personal issue, not theirs lol).

I don't know what happened to them? Before they were the best but they took 45 minutes. For a chicken broth, raw potatoes and chicken with red interiors and 2 small and expensive tamales, the flavor is good but never like before. I don't recommend it if you're in a hurry. I paid 40dlls, it's not worth it.
