About Birba Ristorante + Bar + Mercato

Birba Ristorante + Bar + Mercato is a restaurant that offers a variety of fresh, homemade dishes and a pleasant dining experience. Many reviews highlight the quality of the food, especially the fresh pasta made in-house, such as tortellini and linguine alla vongole. Customers often praise the flavorful sauces, including the house-made Caesar dressing and pasta sauces that improve the longer they sit. The menu features items like the arugula and endive salad with chicken, clam appetizers, and pizza with a very thin crust, which some find enjoyable. However, there are mixed opinions on certain dishes; while some praise the Bolognese and fresh pasta, others found some dishes lacking flavor or with issues like pasta clumping or dry lobster. The service is generally quick and efficient, with attentive waitstaff and impressive presentation, making it a suitable spot for a date night. Desserts are noted to take a bit longer but are well presented. Some reviews express disappointment over limited availability of certain items and automatic tipping, but overall, Birba is appreciated for its quality, fresh ingredients, and inviting atmosphere. Despite some inconsistencies, many would return to enjoy the flavor and ambiance.

Not sure why the low ratings. The food is amazing! They make the pasta fresh in-house. I came for beer and I ended up ordering the tricolore salad and the tortellini and ended up ordering a second plate of tortellini. Wish we had a Birba in Eastvale. Anywho, to the waitress who recommended both items, thank you!

Pizza was good but with a very very thin crust. The kids ordered the Bolognese and said it was missing more flavor but they enjoyed the freshly made pasta. All in all, it was way better than typical mall food.

We were pleasantly surprised with the food quality here. They are not a generic restaurant in the outlet, they actually have a location in Palm Spring. We ordered the Arugula and Endive Salad with a side of Chicken, also a small Clam Appetizer. Both dishes were fresh and outstanding. We will definitely be back to try their Linguine alla Vongole with handmade pasta.
