The lines were long and the workers were rude, I wouldn't mind waiting in such a long line if when I got my drink messed up they're were respectable in fixing it but the entire time they acted as if it were my fault in messing it up. I would never return to this location.

Starbucks, I really hope you review this locations customer service. The line was huge to start off with when I went which was around 1pm on a Sunday. I put a order in on the mobile app. It gave me a specific time of when it would be ready. I went to the window at my pickup time and the employee had attitude saying " I'll call your name when it's ready" it took a total of 26 minutes to make one tea... my name was never called I had to go check AGAIN to make sure my order was done.

I don't understand why the Starbucks gets such a bad rep employees here a really great and super nice. They are small than most Starbucks the area that they are working in is smaller than so cut them little bit of slack. Food here is good just like most of Starbucks places the food is good.

I go their alot but recently I went and there was a women who responded rudely when I asked for a cupholder. And then theirs a man who was sees many ppl waiting for their pick ups that are ready since theirs just like 12 drinks and he just looks at us like he's annoyed and bothered by our presence. Then I have ordered Carmel cremes about 5 times in the past and was given the coffee version multiple times.
It's outdoors and really busy. My mobile order came out 25mins after it said it would be ready

Very busy for such a small Starbucks in an awkward mall. However, they handled it well and got through the lines pretty quickly considering the length and how many mobile orders they seemed to have been doing as well.Drink and food were both delicious!
